The gentleman did a decent job on my gel nails but a some side spots were lightly missed and a couple areas dried onto my cuticle. Unfortunately after less than a week a chunk about 1/2 the nail popped off. I went in 2 days later & they repaired for free which I appreciated. This morning another 1/2 of a completely different nail popped off too. I won’t be going back.

Me and a couple family members (7 of us total) went to Lily’s to get mani/pedis before my sister’s wedding. We were able to make appointments in advance, and the staff was so welcoming when we got there. They were thorough and made sure we all got the right shape and color we wanted. It was also so quick, we were in and out in less than 1.5 hours. I was very impressed

Nails turned out great, got me out within about an hour with a gel mani & pedi. They were also very accomodating with my walk in, which is better than others in the area Decent massage too.

We just moved to the location, and I tried out this salon hoping I got quality work for the price. The gentleman who worked on my nails didn’t bother to ask what I wanted once I told him after he laid the clear acrylic he was upset stated I should have said something before. The thing is I did explain what I wanted to not only one woman but two of them. Yet the message wasn’t relayed to him. After I compromised and chose something different I look at my nails so upset then looking through the reviews I can’t believe people pay high prices for terrible quality!!!! 60$ wasted. Also I hate curved nails so outdated

Worst experience of my life getting acrylic nails done. He came across as not wanting to do them and it showed. Will never go back and would most definitely not recommend. Absolutely disappointing.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I went to get my acrylics removed and the the man attempted to remove my acrylics and said "this will hurt" before he cut deep into my nail splitting it in half all the way down to the middle of my nail under my acrylics! No remorse no apology did not even say sorry and said there's nothing I can do for you after cutting my nail in half!!! So painful! Terrible service, and refused to even help me after. They told me to leave so I walked out with a broken nail bleeding underneath my acrylics. I've been getting my nails done for years and this was the worst experience I have ever had! DO NOT COME HERE

It was my birthday and the man who did my nails acted like he didnt even want to be there. He asked what my plans were that day and i told him it was my birthday and he immediately switched up. He also played happy birthday over the speakers which was insanely embarassing. My birthday is always a sensitive day for me and i left crying. He offered $20 off next time I come in. I will be putting that 20 he wanted to discount me towards a tip fpr a new nail person who will actually treat customers right. It just goes to show that you never know what someone could be going through and to treat everyone at your place of buisness with respect. My mom amd I have been comming here for years even used to bring cookies to them for holidays. Not anymore. That man left a sour taste in my mouth.

Worst Customer Service, I’ve ever seen in my life, walked in asked for a set of nails one person was being serviced there five people wouldn’t even look up from their phones! The one person working was the only person that spoke to me the others wouldn’t even do my nails. Ridiculous. I couldn’t even say how their services because they wouldn’t do my nails.

Came here on a Saturday morning to see if they could do a walk in pedicure and they were able to get me in right away. They were recommended from a local and I’m so glad I gave them a shot. They were kind and took their time. I felt relaxed and overall a good experience. If I ever come back out to Paso Robles I will definitely be coming here!Service: Pedicure

I don't know why It is so hard to get a pedicure with the intent of callus removal. My toes look nice but I still have rough calluses on my feet. He spent more time rubing my legs than scrubing my feet. I specified when I went in I needed the calluses removed and don't care about polish even. I dont think they understood what I was saying. I'm disappointed for $40, I didn't get what I came for.
