Conveniently located to support the lake community is a plus. Clean, friendly and knowledgeable people here as well! I go here for physical therapy and my therapist Emily is not only pretty but smart too!! ? (inside joke) But seriously I come in with my cocky attitude and she steps it up to challenge me making my physical therapy the best I’ve ever experienced. Yes, it’s challenging and strenuous to perform simple movements that make me sweat and sometimes almost cry because tears are just weakness leaving the body; but it is worth it because I don’t feel pain when I get out of bed or when I sit/stand for long periods of time. I’ve watched Emily in action with other clients and she is top notch in my book. Her explanations have relatable teachings for all ages to improve mechanics for recovery. I honestly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else so it saddens me to say that we will be moving. This facility will be one place I will miss the most.

Conveniently located near Oak Hill Market, the Lake Life Wellness Center; a fitness gym, serves all of Heritage Ranch residents' and the surrounding community. The Wellness Center provides us with: quality exercise equipment professional Physical Therapy and fitness coaching and all at a reasonable price.

5 stars I had a disc bulge in my neck C6 and was in serious pain. MRI confirmed the issue. I was really hoping to avoid surgery, a few weeks with Wendy and I started healing quickly. My Dr was surprised with my recovery and lack of pain after a month. I am now back to 100% activity. Thank you Wendy, you have the magic touch!

Excellent customer service. Clean and beautiful facility. Knowledgeable staff and owners. The owners take time to personally meet with all their members to ensure an excellent gym and wellness experience. Best in the area hands down.

Wendy treats you like a patient and listens to you like a friend and knows your needs and every visit I've had she knows what to do and gives me pain relief where I need it most. I do recommend for you to give her and her team a try you won't be dissapointed!

Wendy & her staff are incredible. I have had 7 major back surgeries and their ability to guide me threw the needed rehab process was the best experience I have had. Been to numerous places this is the best.
