My husband and I went shopping for clothes and perfume at Kohl’s recently and the service was amazing. The Sephora rep was patient and extremely knowledgeable. She helped me select a new fragrance that I love. My husband also found shorts in a perfect style and fit. We were free to browse and took our time to find some excellent buys.

Fantastic! They have so much merchandise. Great selections for everyone. Very clean and presentable. Helpful staff. I got separated from my 12 yr old daughter and while I was walking around calling her an employee heard me and quickly jumped in her walkie , asked me her name and was ready for action to call her on the PA system and notify other associates. Another employee came around with her as we all were walking. Although it wasn't a crazy situation, amIm a very paranoid parent and was so thankful for them. Thank you for caring so much ! And thanks for her great graduation dress ❤️

I'm giving my rating because of Marlina!! I explained to her that it's my first time getting "real" makeup in about 10 years!! She was more than happy and willing to help me find everything I needed to fill my vanity!! She even spent a majority of the time helping me find the perfect foundation. She spent about 45 minutes with me total (of course helping other customers when needed while I browsed products) she made me feel so extremely worth it again and I just wanted to say thank u!! I offered her a tip which she kindly declined but she def deserved it!! I can't thank her enough. She's not only caring and patient, but is very good at her job!! Thank u so much Marlina!!!!

Not a lot going on at Kohls today. The hilite of the visit was Gerri! She's always so happy to see my sister and I. She's also so knowledgeable about the store and the merchandise. Gerrie is a big reason we keep coming back. Way to go Gerri!! ?
