Great place, privilege to listen to a young up a coming, local singer! Christian Castro was amazing, only 17. The wine and beer were Awesome and the pizza was delicious. I would go back for great entertainment, drinks and food. Doug was a great host, makes you feel welcomed.

My friends and I had an absolute blast at Iron Oaks Winery. It's clear that on top of good wine, the people at Iron Oaks place enormous value on fun as well. Doug was incredibly friendly and has an incredible personality which helped make the experience both lively and truly one-of-a-kind. Don't let the rustic interior fool you, the wine is fantastic and more importantly, you'll have an incredible time. Highly recommend.

I love this spot! Owner comes by and shakes your hand, kids are welcome and encouraged in fact... family friendly ... good wholesome vibe. Exactly how I remember growing up in paso ! Missed this feeling and grateful to have it back.

First and foremost, I am very stingy with my 5 stars.......so, let's go.....Iron Oaks Winery is a breath of fresh, country air. Do yourself a favor and stop in, you won't be sorry. You will feel at home and welcome, take a load off your feet and enjoy the fantastic wine....so NOT kidding. Now on to the good stuff. As soon as we walked in the door, we received a down-home welcome that was genuine and heartfelt. Our experience was fun and enjoyable and we'll be coming back year after year to stay in contact with our new friend, Doug, the vino cowboy. Doug, the owner, is young with a gregarious, larger than life personality equivalent to the taste and quality of his wine. Everything about this place is fresh and creative, not at all stuffy or uptight. Right off the bat, the wine is stunning and you wonder why it's not in every market...because the quality is there. This is a local, small business and by supporting them, everyone wins. You won't be sorry making this place a regular of yours, believe me.

Ok... this tasting room was a blast! Doug the owner was so awesome and created such a fun tasting room! Literally stumbled upon this place and immediately became a favorite. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a great time. We're from LA area so definitely wanted a place to hang and laugh and found it! Our group loved the Rogue wine the best and the meatball pizza was BOMB! Thanks to all the staff- we luv you all!

We absolutely loved this place! My wife did not drink red wine before we visited this place. Now she does. And then we had to try the cider. Outstanding. The atmosphere was great and like all the other reviews mention it was not snooty. Problem is we live in NY and won’t be back for a while.

Loved this place! It's a country themed tasting room with a very chill & laid-back feel. Coming here was a breath of fresh air after bouncing from tasting room to tasting room and getting the spiel from every sommelier of how their wine is the best - this owner is very friendly and keeps it real! The wine is not spectacular, but the vibe is! Would definitely stop by here again.

Absolutely loved this place. Zach Bryan on repeat and the most delicious cider I've ever had. Down to earth - not pretentious type of bar. Gaylen is an amazing host- so kind and personable. This is our go to wine bar in town.

Oh, please. Exactly what Paso needs. More dregs cuvee tasting rooms wed with a cringy "Lonesome Dove" going out of business sale vibe. This place reminded us of the scene in Vacation where Wyatt Earp is wearing jogging shoes- a meteor shower reminder of how Paso Robles became an instagram photo-booth for the insufferable to engage in a cosplay that everyone has already tired of. The wine here could be best described as gym socks basted in horseradish. This venue has gone out of business so many times, we would be surprised if it wasn't a laser-tag or permanently condemned very soon. Insulting product, absentee service. Unsubscribe.

This place was a great palate cleanser (pun intended) to close out our trip to Paso. If you're looking for a tasting room that's down to earth and doesn't take itself too seriously, this is the place for you (the wine descriptions made us laugh ?). Loved the western decor and Doug, the owner, was very friendly and generous. They had some wines that you don't find other places, which made for an even better tasting. Very glad we stopped in here!

Very chill, welcoming tasting room minus the pretensions of many others in the area. It was also nice to patronize a business that is unapologetically American! Good chewy cab on offer. Non corporate setting.

They even sell their locally raised beef if you're looking for something great to cook or BBQ. Very glad we stopped in here!

Fantastic winery-the ambiance and theme were great, Doug was very fun and friendly. The wine was delicious and the tasting was a great deal. Would highly go to this one over the other wineries in town.

For my money, the best up-and-coming winery in one of the top up-and-coming wine destinations in the country. This spot has claimed the #1 spot for me in Paso, first and foremost for the wine (try the 2017 petite syrah and thank me later) but also for the vibe & ppl -- authentically Paso, high high end with a dusting of cowboy flare.
