This is a very small boutique winery in downtown. The wine is very good and Patti is a hoot! It is easy to overlook this tiny tasting room but keep your eyes peeled because your tastebuds deserve the pleasure. The Petit Verdot is fantastic. If I could,'I'd take a bath in it!

Small tasting room located in Downtown Paso. I had taken note of this place as they are open late. We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for a tasting to round out our trip. They had a couple tables outside, one inside in the window, and some bar and counter seating. We opted to escape the heat and taste inside. Our tasting was led by Kathy, though Patti who also worked there was in and chatted with us. The two of them were super nice and fun to chat with, they were actually our favorite part of the experience! We tasted the current tasting menu, and received an additional pour of rosé since that was open. Unfortunately neither myself or my boyfriend loved any of the wines, but the service and hospitality here was great!

Great wines and a lovely staff with locally sourced grapes from the Hoyt Family Vineyards right up and off to the 46 west in Paso. The quaint downtown tasting room is perfect to visit any time of the day. I loved every wine they poured!

I like this winery's product, especially the Viognier, but twice, I've had really rude service, especially last weekend. The woman working there acted like I was inconveniencing her by buying a bottle of wine. I had a similar experience last July. So I probably won't return.

The best winery in Cali, and they have the best Burgundy, I don't thing any other winery can brand a burgundy outside of France. Very friendly staff and helpful. They also have a really good chocolate port. Thanks for making us feel like family

We were looking for a winery to do tastings at and just stumbled into this place a few weekends ago. It was four tastings for $20 which was pretty good! Kara hosted us and was so friendly and awesome to talk to. She definitely made the experience a five-star one!

So many good feels! This is a family owned winery with multiple good wines and champagne. We always try to stop here at the Paso tasting room whenever in the area. They are very accommodating and they still have that small charm feel that has been lost at many of the more well known wine areas. They do charge for tastings, and they will let you split a tasting if you ask. You can sit in the tasting room or you can sit outside in their little seating area. I typically like the Chardonnay which is a bit I the buttery side, the dilemma which is guilty and bright, the Sauvignon Blanc which is great for summer drinking and the champagne which is bubbly, bright and not dry. Definitely worth a stop by!

We visited Hoyt at their west side vineyard a couple of months ago with some friends after calling for an appointment. Even during Covid, their host was kind and gracious and didn't make us feel at all uncomfortable for wanting to come and last wine even during a pandemic! We sat on their patio - which is pretty rustic, but has a gorgeous view of the area. There was one other couple who was there when we arrived, and I have to say that we didn't feel at all crowded by them. The tables are spaced apart, and while it was strange pulling into the parking area (it seems like you're going to someone's home rather than a winery, but I can assure you, it's the right place!), it's a comfortable setting. The wine was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed the tasting and learning about the winery. Their wines are approachable, easy to drink, and very reasonably priced. I think our favorite was their Cabernet Sauvignon, but we liked everything they had and look forward to taking another trip out there as things eventually return to some sort of normal.

I absolutely love the wine here! This specific winery has a location in Malibu, but due to the Wolsey fire, it's currently not open. I'm so happy to have found this location on our trip to Paso Robles. The service was great. The location was awesome (located in Downtown Paso Robles). We did a wine tasting which had a total of five wines. One wine tasting got me a nice good buzz already! I ended up walking out with a few bottles to take back home and loved it equally. They have a BOGO coupon which you can find online if you Google Paso Robles coupons (you can save money this way too)! I can't wait to come back and try their vineyard when things go back to normalcy.

We walked up on a Friday for a tasting at 7pm. The women working was very nice and friendly. There are a few tables out front, we sat at the rocking chairs right in front though. All the wine was good and it was such a relaxing and enjoyable tasting.

Wonderful wine and staff. Hoyt wines has been a favorite of mine for years. Their tasting room in Paso is easily accessible, welcoming, and features their warm hospitality and fine wines.
