The products are good but the customer service is terrible. I purchased a grip but upon arrival and feeling it, I decided I preferred the factory grip and so I decided to return the item, per their return policy. They take days to respond to emails, giving me the run around, they finally gave me the return address and instructions, which for some reason, isn't just posted on their website or in the package itself. I mailed the item back with tracking, which showed it arrived. Days later, still no refund or no contact regarding the return. I have filed a Paypal claim because I feel the customer service is too slow and not good enough. It is such a shame because they do generally make good quality grips, and it is really sad when a good product is spoiled by poor customer service.

I’ve been a satisfied user of Hogue products for decades: from rubber, to wood, to polymer, and even to aluminum. A few years ago, a beautiful set of cocobolo grips were damaged by excessive heat exposure during a training class. I discussed this with Garrett at the Hogue shop and he requested I bring those grips in for evaluation. I later did this and Efrain was ultimately given the task to repair my grips - and he repaired them MASTERFULLY. I am very happy to see Hogue stands behind their products, and retain employees like Garrett to see to customer satisfaction, and skilled wood-workers like Efrain to ensure product quality.

I received a Hogue folding knife yesterday in the mail. Today I was taking it apart to put loctite on all the screws. Turns out I didn't need to do that because they were all already loctited. As I was re-attaching the thumb stud, I torqued it too hard and snapped the screw. I called Hogue to order a new thumb stud. I spoke with Jeremy. I explained what I needed and told him it was completely my fault. I had my debit card in my hand ready to pay to buy a new thumb stud. Jeremy took my information and told me he would get a new part in the mail to me today, no charge. Very cool. The knife is absolutely beautiful. The customer service is great. I will for sure be doing business with Hogue in the future.

Successful knives with a great blade and good lock. On par with other US-made knives. Blade made of Magnacut, well made. The lock is fine, although with upward potential. Nevertheless, a brilliant knife, especially at the current price.

Went in for the first time yesterday looking for powder. Shop was fairly small but very well stocked and had just about anything you could think of and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They definitely have the largest selection of reloading products in the area and that Hogue furniture looks and feels great.

Garrett at the pro shop is definitely the go to guy for all your gun accessory needs. He’s very knowledgeable and has helped me with multiple purchases for my on and off duty gear. I shop at Hogue because I know they’re honest and want to see their customers happy which is rare these days.

Garrett in the pro shop is hands down the best sales rep I have ever dealt with. He has helped me with multiple items of my on duty gear as well as with my off duty gear, including grips and holsters which is a pain when you’re a lefty, as well as answering any questions I’ve had about any other gear, and the man knows his reloading equipment like few others, if he doesn’t have the answers readily available, which is rarer than not, he will find out in a short minute. You can tell the man has a great care for what he does and a genuine personal desire to ensure that each costumer gets the best service and information out there. I will always conduct my business with Houge because of him.

Bought a laser grip & it crapped out on me . Called hogue & they paid shipping both ways . The new grip works perfectly,easy peasy. Won't hesitate to look at future products

******* W.\nI bought a set of Grips for a Taurus PT-92 C. Hogue website indicated the Grips would fit the PT-92, PT-99. When I received the Grips they didn't fit (holes didn't line up because they were too long. I called customer service on 2/3/2023 and spoke with customer service rep R*** ***** and explained the situation. Ms. B**** asked me to take pictures and email her showing they didn't fit. After several attempts to so I called Ms. B**** back and informed her of the problem. Doing that conversation, I told her I have a PT-92 compact, she then stated that was the problem and she would email me the address where to send them, she never did. I called back on 2/7/2023, I spoke to a customer service rep identified as David. I informed him of the situation, he stated he didn't want to get involved and he'll leave a message for Ms. Breaw and she would get back to me. Needless to say, she never did. Also, if and when I received the address, why should I have to pay for the return shipping. Hogue website description should have clearly stated the Grips would not fit a PT-92 C and I would never have purchased them.
