Absolutely wonderful tasting experience and outstanding wines. I was visiting with an antique car club. Hearst Ranch provides great wine tasting, good story telling, and a friendly beautiful atmosphere. I bought two excellent bottles, Petite Verdot and Petite Sirah. Top notch. May become a member.

I would give no stars if I could. Very disappointed by the wine and service and overall would say this was a terrible wine tasting experience. We were rushed to sit down, provided no tour and poured very small tastings of mediocre wine with an incorrect old menu and no walkthrough or explanation of the wines we were trying. The menu was replaced with the correct version 3/4s the way through and both menus stated that a wine tasting charge (overpriced at $28) would be waived with every two bottles of wine purchased. They did not honor this when checking out with the excuse that we were a large party and added a 20% service charge, which was ridiculous given the “service” provided. Complete rip off - please try a different winery.

Very nice experience!
Our hostess Pat was very knowledgeable, and guided us very well in our choices!
We were even able to go into the wine aging room to get some new wine to taste!!WoW!
Then Pat our Hostess brought us a Petit Syrah with a piece of pepper cheese as well as a piece of chocolate so that we could taste the explosion of taste in the mouth as well as the associated differences in taste!!
Wow!!
Truly an outstanding service!
We recommend to everyone!

This was an easy, non pretentious winery. Christina was great and accommodating. If you want a relaxed and lovely atmosphere and a low key wine tasting adventure, this is a spot a visit.

Very relaxing. Tried the Rose wine and tasted very smooth and refreshing. They have a variety of cheeses, jams, spreads, and crackers to pair with the wine. If you are with a group I definitely recommend buying by the bottle instead of the glass since it is cheaper. The lady who was working there was super sweet, she did advise we should buy the bottle instead but we didn't anticipate having more than one glass, couldn't help it since it was delicious. She was also so accommodating and brought a board and utensils and we created a mini charcuterie board. Definitely will return when near the area.
