We stayed while visiting family for Christmas. They had a welcome bag filled with refreshments for my husband and I. The most heart-warming part was including a dog toy for my dogs and some dog cookies. They made us all feel well cared for.Rooms: I was very impressed with how spacious and clean the rooms were as well as the walk in shower. We really enjoyed our stay

Evening front desk service nice and considered. ✔️ out front desk not service oriented, short and just nit helpful. The hotel got stuck in the 1980 castle theme, the rooms dark brown tones, overall a time travel back to the then popular colors a d Tuscany resemblance. One bed firm mattress, the other soft. No complimentary water, coffee in room creates dark water with little flavor.Breakfast kinda healthy, mass produced eggs, omlettes. Oatmeal was fine, waffles great.

There was a puddle of dog urine on the carpet of our room. The hotel did not move us to another room and offered nothing to improve this disgusting misfortune. We were forced to sleep in dog peed room or leave and chose to leave. Horrible experience.

A very nice hotel. 2nd time I've stayed at a Hampton, and I've been impressed both times! I love their free breakfast, it's not like some where it's little more than toast and pastries, this is a pretty darn good breakfast! Changes daily, some days it's omelets and sausage, others it's scrambled eggs and French toast sticks, or bagel toppers and potatoes, there's always toast, muffins, 3 different kinds of cereals, waffle makers, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt....it's fantastic! The rooms are quite nice, plenty of space, updated furniture, large TV, plenty of outlets, and large bathrooms. My room was a 2 double bed room, both beds had 4 pillows, plenty of blankets and fresh white sheets. The mattresses are comfortable, and a good height. The shower has great pressure and an adjustable spray head, they even provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner on convenient shower wall mounted pump bottles, plus lotion on the counter, with a tray containing soap, a shoe polish mitt, hair cover, and makeup removers. Large bathroom counter, and 4 towels of each size. The front desk staff are always friendly, greeting me each time I came in, and wished me a good day as I left (I stayed a total of 12 nights). The location is right off the 101 freeway, easy to get to, and close to a few eateries and a Target, plus only a few minutes south of Paso Robles proper. I definitely recommend Hampton Inn and Suites if your looking for a place to stay in or around Paso Robles!

My husband and I are Diamond members. Our stay was less than satisfactory. While the front staff provided excellent customer service, our initial room had a king bed but was quite small, and the water didn't heat up, resulting in a cold shower. After contacting the front desk, we were relocated to a room with a king-size bed, but it was even smaller, and the furniture showed signs of wear and tear. Regrettably, I wouldn't choose to stay here again. The hotel appears to require significant renovations and improved water heating.

We had great experience staying at this Hampton Inn. We arrived here spontaneous without prior reservation as we were traveling through California and the guest services lady was very nice and friendly. She was able to accommodate our request to place our family and family of our friends who we traveled with close together so kids can be close. The rooms were nice, big and clean. The breakfast was included and was very decent. There is even a little winery room with a nice selection of local wine from the area, which we enjoyed after pool and hut tub.We had a good stay here.Rooms: Rooms are big and clean.Food & drinks: Hotel has a wine room with wine from local wineries.

A true and tried formula. A known entity. I know what to expect at any Hampton. Can't complain about a thing. Well, other than it's a slightly older and dated Hampton. The heavy silk-like maroon drapes were overkill. Plain white or cream cotton works. Keep things light instead of so formal and stuffy. The dark cherry wood furniture is a bit too old-fashioned as well. The art is also stuffy. I stayed at a very nice updated Hampton Inn in Sparks, Nevada with a much more contemporary look.

we booked a queen suite with sofa bed. When getting ready to unfold the sofa bed there was a handwritten note under the cushions that said "out of order". This should have been told to us at check in. We had to call the front desk for a roll away bed! Then the room smelled like cigarette smoke and we booked smoke free. Then the hair dryer was disgusting and broken. Again we had to contact front desk and go get a replacement.the only reason we give this hotel two stars is because the staff were so friendly. We paid a lot of money for a subpar room! Very disappointed!

Connie is an absolute Gem. She was considerate to our special requests. Soon her and Rachel had us taken care of with incredible smiles and are an asset to Hilton.

My expectations for a Hampton Inn are always a fair experience. I stay in them occasionally as a 5th or 6th option for price and/or convenience. I've stayed at Hilton brands often, after all, I'm a Diamond member. They are usually very pedestrian.Positives:========* Rooms: clean and comfy.* Free parking* Breakfast: a small buffet with eggs, waffles, hard-boiled eggs, fresh fruit, waffles, yogurt, bagels, toast, etc. It's not deluxe, but it's more than acceptable.* Gym: very small but very nice and clean. Free weights, a Peloton bike, 2 treadmills.* Pool: small as hell, but clean and okay.Bottom-line:===========Not recommended to pair up with a wonderful wine experience in Paso Robles, but a good crash site and conveniently close to the 101 freeway.

What a pleasant surprise. We did not have this hotel pre-selected and happened upon it in our journeys. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well-stocked it was. Delicious breakfast also.
