My car was left dirty and with blue stripes. Would like a refund. Please let me know how to get a refund issued since I paid for a service I didn't get.

Pay by card or cash plenty of choices. No waiting before 10am. Fairly clean. A little bit of grime on the tools.

Listen for your quarters to drop as you put them in. Control faces are highly degraded from sun exposure, they will take an initial starting payment and not start. Spray equipment very degraded.The spot free rinse is very soft water though, probably the best in NOCO.
