When completing the repair for small fender dent in July, Davis called me to say the AC was not working and that the control module was bad. I thought this was strange as the AC/lights/everything worked perfectly after the accident and even when I dropped it off for repair. So Davis replaces the module, tells me the car is ready. Now the right headlight is not working. I take it back and after 5-10 days, they tell me they can't fix it and I need to take it elsewhere. They supposedly even had an "expert" come in to diagnose/fix the problem. I go to pick up the car after hours and the battery is dead just to add to my frustration. Davis tells me the module failed due to condensation. The odds of the module failing during the first five days of repair are so small that its ridiculous. Possible but very unlikely. When i had the car repaired, Mazda said that Davis put in the wrong module, didn't replace the headlight fuse. Who knows what else they did while fixing my car.I presented DAB with my expenses to repair my electrical and they have reimbursed me. Thank you DAB for standing behind your work.

I will have to say this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an auto body shop as soon as we took the estimate and we walked in their computers were down …so they took copies of everything and tried to set some thing up to get some things fixed on our Tucson ..we’re waiting for a new bumper and a new back door hatch so we set everything up with our insurance company through Allstate …Allstate sent these people to check on 18 August and then we come to find out today, the 28th of August The woman at the front desk said that she never received the check so after a lot of back-and-forth calls through the insurance company Alstate said that they confirmed the address and sent the check ….then the woman@Davis auto proceeds to tell us that she doesn’t pick up her mail directly there …that it is actually dropped off at the Chevy dealership out front ! so now we had to cancel a $3400 check and start the process all over again ! completely dropping the ball. Don’t think I’ll ever recommend anyone ever want to come here after this type of unprofessionalism .

Great experience, from the first phone call, to the time I was handed my keys, I couldn't have been more pleased. My car was hit on the passenger side. Needed new bumper, headlight, front side panel, right front door and hood. As a caregiver, I couldn't get my mom in the front seat as my door wouldn't open. It was such a mess. Everyone at Davis was so accommodating, kind and professional. Very honest with letting me know it would take a bit of time to get all the different parts needed. Once they got my car and started working on it, it took a day longer than estimated. I got a call regarding the completion date change. Great customer service! When I picked up the vehicle I was so very pleased with the quality of work. Great paint match! Great experience! I will continue giving this establishment any and all business!!!

So I have gone to them on multiple occasions and none of the times have I been in a good mood given the circumstances and these professionals are just absolutely amazing! They will do absolutely anything possible to give you the best service possible in a timely manner and always take the very best care of my family. I was hit and they were booked out for a week, they requested photos and did an estimate by photo to get the claim rolling so there wouldn't be a delay, I had an estimate in hours. I won't go anywhere else ever! 10/10 recommend.

I am so happy with the quick and thorough work by the Davis Body Shop team. I went in to have a bumper reattached (which became dislodged after I backed into a low wall at the gas station ). They gave me an honest estimate, and were able to squeeze me in the following day. Everyone was so helpful and professional from start to finish!

This place is amazing they made my 2011 Toyota Corolla look like a new car after a family of wild pigs ran into my car. I highly recommend Davis Body Shop of Paso Robles, California. Absolutely positively highly recommend this place. I hope you never have an accident or run into bunch of pigs or have a bunch of pigs run into you but if that does happen now you know where to go to get your car fixed like new

My car needed my rim replaced after my accident. When they returned my car, it still had the damaged rim. Also, my headlight wasn’t turning on after the accident. When they returned my car the light wasn’t turning on. Please check on everything that needs to be replaced before you leave that place. My other car I was in a accident with took about a month to get back! I regret giving this place a second chance. Don’t go here. Go to caliber collision ! I will say their staff is friendly tho.

Terrible customer service. Tried to schedule a consultation and the guy on the phone said "we have too much going on right now to accommodate you" because I told him we weren't sure if it was going to be out of pocket or through insurance. Waste of time.

This was a stupid mistake! I haven't had an accident that was my fault for all of my life. My neighbor parked across from my driveway. Perfectly legal but not a normal spot. I even thought to remember his truck was there & have a backup camera but was distracted by my granddaughter asking me a question & well, it was good I wasn't going fast but the damage to my bumper & his door was over $4000k!! Bummer!!! My neighbor (friend) was so sweet about it he apologized for parking there! lol. & didn't want to even claim it but we insisted & both used Davis Auto Body. & like the other reviews, Jason was amazing! & things went seamlessly. Office staff was friendly & they even washed our car inside & out!

These guys do amazing work. Took a work vehicle in after an accident and it looks brand new! Jason and his team are very friendly and professional. Will be taking a second vehicle there soon!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The fender bender was my fault I'm 61 and it's been a really long time since I've done something stupid like that! But Jason walked me through whole thing even helped me out with my insurance because the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing! Jason kept tabs on it all and had my car ready on time. Washed inside and out and disinfected the inside because of Covid, it was beautiful!I can't thank you guys enough!Debbie E! Not (M) I can't find the edit button
