Got a prescription sent to CVS Went to pick it up I was told 165$ I have numerous discount cards ( good rx , wellness etc etc ) I was told they didn't matter because my insurance sets the price Being a tad frustrated I refused the prescription , so I shopped around Right across the street was Walmart I checked with there pharmacy and the price was 95$ I opted to use Walmart When I wen to pick it up the girl at the counter looked at my cards and saved me another 65$ so my prescription cost me 30$ instead of165$ My input is CVS is a ripoff and don't be so impatient as to not shop around , these times are a little difficult so we must shop around and to hell with CVS taking advantage of senior citizens for profit

I recently went to cvs to have my photos developed from my disposable camera. I had used this camera for all of my travel adventures and was super excited to get them back. After 6 weeks of calling to see if they were ready I began to loose hope. I had called for 3 weeks straight, every time I was told there was nothing to be done since I had lost my paper slip. This made me very irritated after a while because I was not informed how important this slip was that appeared to be a receipt. I had two different people tell me they would contact the company and get back to me, and never did. The reason I'm giving such a high rating is because of Jamie who showed me compassion when I was at my wits end. She followed through with her promise and ended up printing my photos HERSELF. I was so grateful that I found someone who cared. I can't thank her enough. I recommend to request her if you need something because everyone else seemed to care less about the job.

Well here is my latest review of this pharmacy. Disgusted. Called on a Sunday to have my Letrole refilled and the robot told me I was eligible for a refill and said "would you like me to take care of this". I said "yes" and the robot told me my prescription would be ready the same day at 2pm. I decided to wait to pick it up the next day because my experience was they promise a time and it will not be ready. I actually waited two days. Went in and sure enough it was not ready and that it was too soon to fill. Well I took my last dose that day, hello?? I have no more. How could it be too soon to refill. Like I'm not taking two a day. So here we go again. I had to deal with Abbie again, who refused to fill my prescription the last time I tried to refill my diabetic test strips. She is supposedly, the manager. Well she needs another profession bc she is dumber than dirt and she has a permanent smirk on her face. The last time she refused to fill my prescription for some lame reason, I had to call my Dr and tell him about it. Well low and behold I got a call from the pharmacy to personally tell me my prescription was approved. Come on. These are not hard drugs I need. The short of it is Walgreens was my previous pharmacy of choice by my insurance but I didn't want to drive all that way so I took a chance on CVS. Wrong, big mistake, huge. I'm going to try and change back to Walgreens. Not that they were that much better customer service, but at least they didn't have lines out the door and short staffed. They always had my prescriptions ready when promised. Goodbye CVS. I don't want to get in trouble for smacking that smirk off of Abbie's condescending face.

If I could give fewer stars I would. The line for the pharmacy is practically extending outside the front of the store and they have one register open. This place has the worst customer service!

Received an email confirmation that my prescription transferred to them successfully, but when I called to fill it, they had no record of it. Told me I had to deal with the other pharmacy. Super! Great at inspiring confidence, not! In the meantime I'm supposed to go without insulin? Didn't even bother to ask if I was totally out or if I needed assistance. I'm a Type 1 diabetic, I require insulin for survival.Edit, still without insulin and Dexcom receivers even though they received an updated prescription from the doctor over a week ago. They didn't even order them until I called today and complained. I'm done, just gonna die, not worth it to call every month to BEG for my life saving insulin that I have a prescription and insurance for!!!!!!! A**hatsStanding in line on June 24, one person working a long line. I can't spend 40 minutes for every prescription

The cashier (Matt-T) lacks basic custom service skills as well as respect for elderly customers. She's unnecessarily rude to them. Then laughs at them when they clarify what she said, because(they tell her) they can't hear her well. Just a sad experience to watch and experience at CVS.

Pharmacy has been late on prescriptions every single time I have needed them. Recovering from surgery is a lot more difficult when pain meds are a whole day or more late.

If you were in this cvs on Saturday the 18th of February in the morning you were exposed to COVID. The pharmacist insisted I come in and pick up paxlovid, oral medication for covid and yes I'm fully vaccinated and boosted. I asked if it could be delivered or brought out to my vehicle and was told no. Please thank the pharmacist if you caught it and good luck cuz it's a strong variant.

I’ve had great experiences at the Paso Robles store and CVS offers a great program called the Care Pass Membership where it’s $5 a month but you get 20% cvs health brand items and 1-2 day free shipping plus on top you get to use coupons and 24/7 pharmacist help , which is great . Really happy Matthew helped sign us up today for it.

If you were in CVS pharmacy on Niblick Rd in Paso Robles on Saturday February 18 in the morning you were exposed to COVID. The pharmacist insisted I come in and pick up my paxlovid, oral medication for covid. I asked if it could be delivered which I was happy to pay for or brought out to my vehicle and she said no we don't do that. I'm fully vaccinated and boosted but this variant is nasty. Please thank the pharmacist if you come down with it and good luck.

My doctor's office called in a prescription... and it's been 5 days... and no prescription yet. The online & phone status says they are working on it - no indication of when it will be ready. Really? Prescriptions should be ready in 24 hours, not 5 days and counting. It looks like I'm just another of many poor reviews for this CVS.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY. The worst pharmacy experiences. They are behind filling order by days, you always have to wait an extremely long time and the pharmacists like to play god. They have refused to give me a prescription, (not an opiate, a medication for my bipolar!) they overruled a medical plan me and my doctor made. WHAT GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO SIT ON THEIR HIGH HORSE and decide what I can and cant take when they are not a doctor?! CVS doesnt know my medical history, so they DONT know what's best. Cvs should be shut down. It's unethical and wrong. And every pharmacist working there should get their license taken away.
