I have been using Coblentz-Biehle & Cramer for about 6 years. Jessica and Keith are so knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. Lily and Carrie are also wonderful. The office is beautiful and conveniently located downtown in Paso.

Keith Cramer was our mother's CPA for 25 years total and her fiduciary during her later years ...he was professional, caring, dependable and effective all those years. He was my mom's rock, helping preserve her life savings so it would support her for life. He was always very approachable and communicative whenever we kids called for information. We cannot thank him and his staff enough.

Not to impressed with the service here. After a good start we hit a small road block because one of my forms wasn't up to date, no biggie Jessica said, we could do most of the tax return until we get the updated document. This was on a Thursday, I got the document, emailed it to her by Monday when she asked to have it. Little did I know she wasn't working that day, I call for a follow-up on Wednesday and was told she would give me a call in the afternoon which she didn't. When I call Thursday Jessica was still with clients but she managed to call me back that day. Here's where it gets interesting, I asked about an update and to see how my taxes are going, and she told me I would have to wait another week because she had other clients ahead of me and it wasn't fair to them to have to wait, even though I gave her the necessary documents 4 days prior. And it's not so much what she said it was the way she said it with the snobby attitude, then she went even further to tell me I can pick up my documents and go somewhere else which i agreed. She call me back 2 minutes later apologizing (in a dry fashion) because she got me mixed up with someone else, but by that time I was already annoyed with her attitude and still went together my documents and left. If you want to wait for your taxes this is a place to go.

Jessica is an outstanding CPA. Really knows how to streamline the amount of time you need to put in while dotting all the I's & crossing T's. Very professional & friendly. Highly recommend.

JESSICA IS THE BEST!!!! She is currently sorting out my disaster that is Quickbooks and my business account, along with my taxes which were messed up in the past leaving me to pay the IRS taxes I didn't even know I had. She has done a fantastic job with that. I don't feel stupid asking her questions and she explains things to me in a way that make sense (I hate and am horrible with numbers). She is super knowledgeable, savvy and gets Sh** done. She has already saved me thousands. They do it the right way. Don't waste money on "cheap" accounting services like I did in the past. Get it done right the first time!!! Her assistant even texts me to update me / ask me questions about my QuickBooks which I appreciate as my time is very limited. I love that I can drop things off and not think about them again as I know that they will be fully taken care of. The staff also responds to me in a timely manner when I reach out. I am so appreciative and grateful for Jessica and her gal Lily. Thank youuuuu ladies!

I just love Jessica Coblentz-Biehle! Not only is she funny, warm and personable, she's extremely smart and talented.
