“I bank here but our main accounts are at another bank. I'm not sure why though, because THIS bank is the friendliest & most accommodating I've ever banked at. I've followed them from Park Street, when they were Mission Bank and our store's bank, then Spring Street and now 12th Street. The other day I needed a document notarized and Kristen ( I need to find her card & edit this to make sure I got her name right) but she reminded me of why I've hung on to this bank for my business! It's always had that small hometown feeling. And Kristen's great customer service was that reminder! She notarized my document and it was so easy. I thought that I was going to have to run all over town to find a notary & there was one right in my own backyards or actually, bank!”

I'm completely shocked she is not higher up in this branch.. seems reading other review's you dont have managers who enjoy working with the public and take pride in what they do...She knows how to be assertive yet personable! If the teller had an issue she would immediately consult the branch manager for assistance (unlike the B of A in Paso Robles). I also pay less for a cashier check here.”

I was asked about some of his final tranactions, which I verified. I was told what was in his account and left with a check. “I had the most amazing experience with Sesloc/Paso Branch Mgr. Sandra Bautista-Floyd. Simply because I am a long time Sesloc customer Sandra went way above and beyond to solve the disastrous problem Goldman Sachs/mancus caused me. I had been trying to close/transfer a C.D. acct. since Nov. 22,2023!!! For 2 1/2 mos. I have delt with one incompetent, flunkey Goldman Sachs employee after another. 15 different phone calls, a dispute claim filed and still my money was floating around in the internet abyss Sandra knew the money wasn't going to end up at Sesloc yet she helped me regardless. With one phone call from Sandra---Firm, Direct, don't give me any B.S. the problem was solved. She even managed to uncover/confirm the secret pass code from Goldman Sachs from my phone- a flip phone I am certain is older than Sandra is. One call from Sandra and the transfer was complete. Every attempt I had made since Nov. 22, 2023 failed. Since pandemic service is a thing of the past- Not so with Sandra Thank You Young Lady Wendy Stormes”
