After navigating through the long and annoying phone options trying to speak with someone at this branch; it says no one is available to speak now then hangs up. Tried a few more times, and same thing. If they can't answer the phone, don't trust them with your money!

Got in and got out. I was cashing two tax checks and it could have been a hassle but it wasn't. The man ( kid ) behind the counter was professional and courteous I have an account at WF and not so favorable there.

WARNING FOR THE ELDERLY! Elder abuse with their credit card service. If ever injured and you are placed in an assisted living, they will not change your address no matter how many tones you call. Instead they will stack up the service charges month after month and refuse to close your account.

Worst branch you can come to! Tristan was super rude when I came in to open my kids bank accounts. She said we can only open one, and then she changed her story to she couldn't open any accounts. If you are Latino I would suggest not to come into this branch at all, there was no one in line and they couldn't help me.

No one answers the phone, ever. Poorly staffed. I went in and told me I had to call to make an appointment. How do you do that when no one answers the phone?

For all you complainers about long lines. Learn how to use the ATM. MOST OF THE THINGS A TELLER CAN DO. An ATM can do. Y'all just lazy This Chase is the best. Friendly and fast. Abel is the best teller btw

this branch is a disgrace to chase bank. i came in today 5/9/2020 to cash my check. they say they don't have enough money. then they say they deposit the rest of the check. one minute later, they said they need to the deposit the whole check ..while all i want is the whole check cashed. they couldn't do a damned thing ..this branch is the greateeeeeeeeeeeeeest mess up bank every. i call so many times to ask for the problem resolved ...they never ever pick up the call. please, dont do banking here.

At this branch it is a miracle if someone answers the phone. If you are lucky enough to get your call answered, it is very likely that you will receive bad information. Over the past year on 3 occasions I have called in (after many many attempts reached someone) and then scheduled an appointment only to show up and the appointment had not actually been scheduled, or the banker was not in that day.

I have had an awful time with Chase's follow through with a specific process I needed to accomplish, but I will save those details for another day. This review is specifically for Brooke in the Paso Robles branch. Not only did she help me, but she accomplished things others said either couldn't be done or had to be done by someone else. Thank you, Brooke!!!!!!

Terrible customer service !!! I went to cash a check and before the teller heard what I wanted, she started shaking her head! I asked her if I could cash the check and she asked if I was a customer, I said no, but I have my company credentials just in case. She got her manager, who asked the same thing, I told her i just needed to cash the check but I'm happy to open an acct if necessary, she said "well, we wouldn't want you to simply open an acct & dep your check if you're just going to take it out anyway". I said, my cpa actually wants me to open a special acct just to pay my taxes anyway, so I'm happy to do that. She said, well, it looks like our new acct prep might be busy, let me see if we can fit you in. She looked it up and told me I couldn't open my acct till the next day! WHAT? 1st of all, I should have been able to cash the check, it was their bank! I had all my credentials, 2ndly, I thought they were in the banking business! Don't they want my money? I said, thanks for nothing! and left. Terrible customer service, this is a small town, they should just leave!!

So far it has taken me three days trying to get someone to answer a phone at Chase Bank, Paso Robles. IMPOSSIBLE. Now I have to take the time to drive 30 minutes into town to then get an appointment with a banker to open a business account? This branch has fallen apart.

I was not happy with this branch. The wait to speak to a banker is way to long and they seem to careless about issues I was having. I closed my account and moved on to another bank down town.
