So I Have Been Having Issues With My 2016 GMC Canyon Two Weeks After Purchasing It In Watsonville, CA. We Began Having Issues With The Truck Shaking And Dash Lights Going Off While Driving Totally Loss Of POWER During Driving..!!! Totally Unsafe And Unacceptable Especially When My Fiancée Was In The Vehicle As Well So Both Our Lives Had Been Put In Danger..!! They Never Fixed The Problem They Had Our Truck In The Shop Longer Than We Owned It. Still Waiting To Hear From Them And Find Out What The Issue Is...???? Hopefully They Will Fix This Problem Soon...???

We are very happy with our purchase. This is the second vehicle we purchased at Borjon Auto and we will be buying more from there going forward. Ron Orcutt was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the sale. He answered all of our questions and taught us new things about our truck we purchased. I realized that my vehicle needed an oil change/service and I needed to use that vehicle for a long drive the next day. I stopped by Borjon to see if they could work me into the Service Schedule. There was an opening about 1 1/2 hour later. I returned, the vehicle was serviced in short order, and I was on my way.The Service Writer was quick and efficient, the Sales Clerk was pleasant, and the entire episode was seamless. I was very satisfied with my transaction with Borjon.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I purchased a 2024 gmc flatbed a week ago. I live in Montana and had the truck shipped to me. When I received the truck, I could hear a strange noise coming from the fuel pump as soon as I unloaded the truck from the trailer. I tried driving the truck the next day and all the instrument lights came on and the truck died. I called the dealership and asked them if they had accidentally put gas instead of diesel because the truck was not running right. They denied putting gas in and said there was no way they could have done that. I had to have the truck towed an hour away to the closest gmc dealership at my expense. The gmc dealership determined that the truck was filled with gas instead of diesel. I called this dealership and let them know what was going on but the management refused to help in any way and are placing the blame elsewhere which I knew would happen. Not only did I pay $5,000 over msrp plus transport, I now have to come out of pocket $3,000 to fix my brand new truck. I have purchased multiple new vehicles from other dealerships over the past few years and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Avoid this dealership at all costs because if any issues arise they will refuse to help you.

I purchased a vehicle at Borjon Auto Center just the other day and I could not be happier with the overall experience. The salesman, Jesus Lara, was polite, courteous, and patient with me. At no point was any pressure to buy applied and for this I was very appreciative. Jesus simply answered the questions I had about the vehicles I was looking at and really made it fun for me. The finance department was on point as well and everything moved efficiently. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Borjon and in both occurrences I have been nothing but pleased. Suffice it to say, I will certainly be back to Borjon Auto Center to purchase another vehicle in the future, and I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to do the same. Keep up the great work Borjon Auto Center.

Just purchased a new GMC Denali and happy with this dealership. Waiting on a part but I know they will meet expectations. They (Shawn and Jesus) made sure we were satisfied with the purchase. They also made the signing process easy. Our salesperson Jesus was awesome, patient, answered all our question, knowledgeable, and we really appreciated that he didn’t pressure us into buying. Very happy with his style and service. Ask for Jesus if you are looking for a vehicle.

Work (new tires, service and front brakes) was completed well before promised completion time. Total cost was significantly less than repair estimate. Vehicle was returned cleaned inside and outside. My expectations were exceeded in every way!

Closest thing to a big city, customer focused, service center. Professional, courteous, staff that take the time to explain what's needed and why. Fair pricing, nice service area lounge, complimentary shuttle service. Good all around.

i had an 8 AM appointment for an oil and filter change and tire rotation for which I arrived 15 minutes early. The service went fine except for the fact that four vehicles showed up after I did and all left before I did 2-1/2 hours later. Not sure I'll be loyal to Borjon any longer because 8 AM was the first appointment available.

I purchased the GMC Canyon elevation. The air conditioning was not working. Two weeks later it was fixed. I am extremely happy with my purchase and with Ron Orcutt, the salesman that handled my purchase and took care me through this experience. Thank you to the service team.

My first service visit to Borjon and my service advisor Keegan was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Following the 67.5K service, a TPMS sensor was not giving a reading and Keegan gave me priority to promptly "relearn" the sensors and resolve the issue. Expert service beginning to end.
