Bad customer service. Kokay does manage the store well nor does she know how to talk to people. You’re better off going somewhere else. They don’t explain everything when you buy a product and then don’t take responsibility when it stops working.

Really good customer service skills. I called complaining about an issue with my phone bill, and I spoke to a girl named Kokay. At the end of the conversation I realized I had been very rude to her just because there was a misunderstanding about the bill. She was very kind and professional throughout the whole exchange and explained everything calmly to me. Sorry for being a jackass and thankyou for the good service. Shout out to Kokay. She deserves a raise.
