Super poor customer skills stood in front of the counter for a good amount of time the blonde lady continued to just stare at thel computer see two other employees looked over at me not one employee said hi, we will be right with you nothing and they clearly saw me leave did not say anything..... I understand being busy but totally ignoring a customer is completely unacceptable. Drove to the American tire they greeted me right away and their waiting from was completely full

Was having some womp-womp-womp noises after hitting some deep potholes in town. Had to replace two front tires due to tire damage. Typically the cause of this type of noise is: Stone Trapping, Foreign Object Damage,Broken or Separated Belts, A Bent Wheel, Unbalanced Tires, and wheel bearings. Paid only $23 for a detailed check of the above issues at Big Brand Tires in Paso Robles. Everything checked out "Sat" but found one wheel without any balancing weights. They added the weights and corrected the problem!!! I had taken it to another very affordable tire place (where I purchased the original tires and the two replacement tires) and they could not determine the cause. Thank you Jeff (and the thorough technician) at Big Brand Tires.

Alyssa is great! Her service from start to finish has been what a great associate is and exceeds customer service expectations! I came in on Sunday and she answered all my questions and was able to get me a new tire the next day!!Highly recommend if you need tires go see Alyssa!!!

Not my best experience. Expected more of Big Brand tires. Not much of a greeting when I got there. No questions were asked about what type of oil to be used. Requested a price on getting my windshield washer fixed and I had to push for that. Walking in the back of the shop where I parked the vehicle there's a lot of trash there. Looks very unprofessional

Really nice guys, how ever... I went there for a tire going down on the right front. The tech that pulled the tire off and checked it said he couldn't find a leak and sent us on our way. We went to breakfast, afterwards we got to the car and the tire was half flat. We found a different tire store and the tech pulled the tire, put more air in it and immediately found the leak. It was in the sidewall so I had to replace the tire. In short your tire tech needs a little more training and a spray bottle of soapy water.ThanksDoug Gandy & Cindy Rogers

Definitely never coming back for services here. They wanted to charge me $650 for all brakes and rotors when they didn’t need changed. Luckily I got a second quote elsewhere and Only my back brakes needed changed! They lost my business due to trying to gain more money instead of being honest and taking care of me as a customer.

I was a drop-in on their schedule and they took my car in without batting an eye, diagnosed the problem and had me out in 25 minutes. Great people, very convenient location and toonotch service!

I requested to get a nail removed from one of my tires. I waited 30 minutes to get it fixed. Got home and hubby found the nail still in the tire??? He took it back and counter rep apologized and got it removed. It was a screw and thankfully it wasn't all the way through. I had purchased the tires from them so the fix was free.! Great value that way. Wasted gas to and from an extra time.

I had an issue with brakes on Friday evening. We were able to make an appointment on Friday night. The brakes were serviced by 1:00 PM Saturday. We received excellent service and a job well done.

We were traveling and needed a tire of odd size. They had one. The guys were quick and very nice. My appointment was for 4:15. We got there at 3:45 and they took the tire right away. Very happy with them. If I'm ever in the area again and need a tire I will defi6go back to them

We had an issue with the brakes on Friday evening. We made an appointment for Saturday morning. The problem was diagnosed and repaired by 1:00 PM Saturday. Excellent service and a job well done.
