I called this auto zone twice in one week to get help with finding snow chains for my two different vehicles. Jake remembered me and my car when I called back. He took the time to patiently help me. He really went above and beyond. It always makes my day to have a good, personal customer service experience like this!

Great staff and super helpful!! Paola greeted me as soon as I walked in the store and went above and beyond to help me test my battery, which ended up being bad, but she got me a new one and even installed it for me!!! So grateful for her help and knowledge!!!

Went in today and once I entered Stacie greeted me. I needed an alternator for my car but they didn't have it. Stacie went to the back to grab it but I guess they didn't have it so she called the store in Morro Bay and she ordered it for me. Super helpful and nice! Thank you so much Stacie and Paso Autozone!

Look I get it, might be slow this time of year or whatever it may be. But when I walk up to the counter with the items I want to purchase two employees and the store manager Julian are all watching a video on a phone a just ignore me and proceed to watch the video. Eventually I get checked out but I mean the level of not caring by the store manager specifically is insane. Bad leadership, bad look.

Called for a part, i asked if they had it, they wanted me to provide part number rather than looking it up. Said they had 1, so drove 20+ minutes to get it, only to be ignored when arriving. ( i was the only 1 in the store) clerk went to back, only to come out with the wrong part. Said they mismarked it. Asked to have it cross referenced, he told me he couldn't do that. Rude, inefficient, lazy. No wonder I was the only 1. Drove to o'riley, they looked up part, cross referenced, call another store, said they would have it there in 2 hours. Will NEVER go to auto zone on spring st EVER!! Can I give them a minus 10 stars?

Donny was wonderful!! We had car troubles and he took the time to help us out. He is knowledgeable and friendly! Would definitely recommend him.

Julian was outstanding! He took time to check out my vehicle and though we didn't solve the problem he pointed me in the right direction and his service was incredible. I highly recommend them for any auto repair needs.

We asked the worker at the front what oil filter I should use for my vehicle, and usually at every other Autozone they pick it out for you, but he showed us the numbers on the computer so we could then search for it ourselves. He seemed very lazy and even irritated that we needed help, like that wasn't his job or something. We decided to go to another place because we couldn't find what we were looking for.

The large man working 7/29/23 at 12pm needs a lot of training on listening and customer service skills. I brought a bulb up and asked “do you mind looking up this license plate bulb to see if it fits my car”? He replies “well I need your car make and year first” with a rude tone. After he enters the info he asks what bulb and I look at him and he says “come on man what kind of bulb?!” I said a LICENSE PLATE bulb if you were listening to me at first you would’ve known what to do! It was the unnecessary rudeness and condescending tone that turned me off. I will only go to O’Reilly across the street from now on.
