“We were on our way from LA to Sonoma & Monday morning while in Paso Robles the car started losing coolant .
The repair shops were limited by the fact that not many worked on German cars .
Went to King’s Auto Care , we were told they would look/ diagnose the problem next Monday & after will order the necessary parts !!!! Did not care .
We called The AutoBahn & we were told the same .
None of the 2 shops cared that it was an urgent matter .
Ended up calling & speaking with Simon at European Car Specialist and being also told no appointments for 1 week .
We explained our situation & guess what ? Simon understood that it was not a regular car repair for somebody who lived in the area, it was an urgent situation .
We had the car towed & at his shop by 4:30 PM and were told would be ready next day at noon . And it was ready at noon !
The charge was reasonable, definitely we expected more considering it was done so quick . He could have taken advantage of the situation and charge us a lot but he did not .
Lots of businesses can be good at fixing cars but when they have to show they care about their customers they do not .
Once again , many thanks to Simon for helping us & making our trip enjoyable !”

“My daughters Prius died due to a water pump failure while she was home on Spring Break. Dwight was able to diagnose and fix it very rapidly. His fees were reasonable and we were thoroughly impressed with his professionalism. Upon picking up her car he showed us the damaged water pump and answered our questions. His shop is kind of hidden on the north end of Spring St. but I would recommend you find it if you need honest professional auto repair. Great Job Dwight and Thanks again!!”

“We were on a trip south on Hwy 101 when the temperature warning light came on. We added some coolant fluid, but that didn't help. So we took the next exit and drove to the nearest service station. Thank goodness it was Lube N Go! They gave us an estimate, ordered a new thermostat, installed it, took our car on a test drive to make sure everything worked, and we were back on the road 90 minutes after we pulled in. Everyone at Lube N Go was courteous, friendly, and professional. This being the second time a new thermostat was installed, I can tell you that this team got it done faster and for less than at the other place. “We took both of our cars to these guys for multiple services over the course of a few months while living near Paso and they always did such an incredible job. They do very good work in a timely manner. We never had any issues with the vehicles aftwards. The pricing is reasonable, but considering the quality of their work and their level of experience, is a very good value. Would choose these guys hands down over going to a dealership for regular routine service.”

“Let's start with the fact I have an older car. It's a 17 year old Mazda5. This car has seen 2 teenagers learn to drive. It's done things no family car should ever do. It's been a staple in our family. This past weekend, something was very wrong. After having it towed to Eric and the team at Allegiance Auto, we thought the car was done for. The team quickly diagnosed broken engine and transmission mounts, gave us a great quote, and had it back to us in 2-days! She runs like a dream again. “Diagnosed my cylinder 5 misfire the next morning after I dropped it off because it was too underpowered to drive home. Replaced all of my ignition coils at once and my thermostat for a fair price. They had all of the documentation showing the before and after of each cylinder’s performance and even recommended future work priorities that weren’t currently necessary. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here based on bad past experiences with local BMW dealers.”

“It was easy for me to schedule a same day appointment for a smog check. They have the tiniest “waiting room” ever but it has water, coffee and an AC. I didn't wait long. The man at the counter was helpful, kind and friendly. Their price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back, but I might ask one of them to back the car out for me next time. :) They were busy, which is always a good sign. Thank you for the quick, excellent service, guys!”
