“Todd and Travis are great and do amazing work!! I purchased a newer truck that came from the east coast so.....rust all over the underside. Fortunately it was only three years old so it was all surface rust. They completely sanded and acid washed the underside and recoated it with rubberized material. They went above and beyond my expectations and really coated anything and everything that needed it. The underside looks darn near brand new and will last forever over here in California on the Central Coast. They did fantastic work with reasonable prices. Everyone else I called was scared off by the rust and wouldn't even touch my truck. TNT handled it within a few days. “I wanted to commend Mike Sudbrink (internet sales manager) and Josh (finance manager) who made the purchase of my new Ram 1500 a painless and actually a pleasant experience. Mike was upfront about the pricing and we worked out an agreeable deal after a little back and forth negotiation. They never used the typical high pressure sales tactics. Just direct communication. I also appreciated that this dealership did not automatically tack on dealer added options such as a bogus $2000 security system, scam $500 catalytic converter etching, or the cheap plastic $5 door edge guards that they markup to $500. You always see these scams at other dealerships that add $5-6000 to the price of the car, but not here. That is actually rare in this day and age.
I purchased the car online and over the phone from Los Angeles and Mike drove my new truck from Paso Robles to LA (over 220 miles) to personally deliver the truck to me (he also brought a friend following him in another car to take him back - a very good friend!). Not to mention this was the Sunday after Thanksgiving so traffic was not ideal. Just above and beyond customer service and much appreciated from a person who typically hates the car buying experience.”

“I was running around all the tractor and RV places in town looking for a screen type pre filter for a diesel lift pump and had no luck. Then the guy at Delta RV said “have you tried the filter store?” Who knew we had a store here that just sells filters? Awesome! “I had a great experience with G&H Autobody after they finished repairing damage from an accident. They were so friendly and easy to work with. Not only did they fix it to look like new, I felt like they went above and beyond by washing the outside of my jeep and what seemed like a light vacuuming on the inside. They communicated with me well, stayed with their estimated time frame, and handled everything directly with the insurance company. To top it off they even arranged rides with enterprise and when they couldn't get ahold of them, Gus personally drove me and my toddler there. I highly recommend this shop!”
“Great experience, from the first phone call, to the time I was handed my keys, I couldn't have been more pleased. My car was hit on the passenger side. Needed new bumper, headlight, front side panel, right front door and hood. As a caregiver, I couldn't get my mom in the front seat as my door wouldn't open. It was such a mess. Everyone at Davis was so accommodating, kind and professional. Very honest with letting me know it would take a bit of time to get all the different parts needed. Once they got my car and started working on it, it took a day longer than estimated. I got a call regarding the completion date change. Great customer service! “My High Pressure Fuel Pump went out on my F-150 Saturday night. Knowing everything was closed, I looked it up online, $200- $800 dollar range. Surprisingly, NAPA had an Echlin for around $200+. I called them Monday morning and had the part by 3:00, exact fit, on the road at 3:30, no issues.Check NAPA first, quick, great service and Quality.”

“Brassworks rebuilt the radiator for my 1930 Packard with amazing craftsmanship and excellent service. Lee was up front with me explaining how long the process might take and the costs involved. I can only imagine what a challenge it must be ordering radiator core material from England during a pandemic! For a 91 year old car that's been in the family for 63 of them, the time it took to carefully restore the radiator was well worth it. I almost lost my breath when I saw the serial plate that had been buried under years worth of paint. I opted to drive up and pick up the radiator rather than ship it, and was reassured that the radiator was spray-foam packed and would have survived any shipping method had I chose to ship rather than pick up. This was a great excuse to relax in Paso Robles for a few days. After replacing the radiator I noticed steam leaking out on its maiden run. I called Brassworks, and they offered to pay the shipping costs to research the problem. It was simpler just to take a day trip to Paso Robles once again. When I arrived, Lee stopped whatever he was doing, called the guys over who worked on the radiator and proceeded to undergo testing on the spot. Fortunately the radiator was not the problem - I had neglected to replace the gasket for the thermostat housing, and it was obvious that was the source of the leak. During that process Lee took the time to explain the radiator testing processes and the physics involved. So - user error, and a pleasant drive to and from Paso on a beautiful winter's day. Not bad after all! The Brassworks team are true craftsman and stand by their work. I wish they would rebuild carburetors too!”
