Friendly staff!! And the cleanest food bar in a gas station I have ever seen. I wasn’t even sad that I had to eat at a gas station for lunch. Everything was fresh everything was sanitary, and all the condiments and fixings were freshly stocked employee at the counter said the owner has a restaurant experience, and it really shows.

Okay. I come to this location a lot! I used to never come to this location because of the ownership. It was an awful location to come to. It's under new ownership now and the changes are all positive. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's always clean or someone is cleaning in there. If you like the hot dogs and burgers that they sell, you won't be disappointed there either. Overall, it's just a good location to stop at now and get fuel for your vehicle or for yourself!

I buy gas and other items all the time. Last Wednesday I got gas and needed the restroom. Lady just shook her head at me, when I repeated my request, she just said restroom was closed. I will never shop there again. I was a regular, but no longerI get some response months later listing some 800 number, no name, no apology. In meantime, the other am pm on 46/101 has a nice, clean, always available bathroom..... so I will not go to the Niblick Am pm ever again!!!!!!!!!!

As a customer in the past years Fredd the owner is rude but he has a family and has dealt with many shady people as I’ve been told and he’s a grandpa like a lot of people I call him angry grandpa and now I’m employee since January in 2022 and it’s been a roller coaster I give my rating of three it’s not the best place it could be a hell of a lot better we are shortstaffed all the time can’t get good people here and yes they are always tweakers only the people working here including me are not druggies so people that have a good work ethics and can handle an angry grandpa come on down to ampm this is your humble employee graveyard man Mr chechik

Store says it’s open 24hrs/day but is routinely closed from around 10:30-11pm. Sign on door says “shift change - back at 11,” employee shows up to let himself in at 11:02 and locks the door behind him, nobody answers phone. This is not the first time.

The "manager" Becky keeps overcharging for cups of ice. It's clearly marked in the soda dispensers "ice cups .50" and it's charged that way at every other ampm ice ever been in. She tries to say that's only if you bring in your own cup. And again, it's not that easy in any other ampm......

the chick working had several people in the parking lot and just shut down the store. I thought this place was open all night. She closed at a random time too so I know it wasn't scheduled. This place is always shady.

I’m writing to express my concern due to various incidents at a local AMPM store. On several occasions I’ve visited a store where I was told they do not accept coupons or apps, but the store has signage that says they do. Yesterday I visited this store 2 times. One in the morning to buy coffee in which I used my app and then again in the evening. The second time I attempted to use my app and the store associate was very rude and stated he would not scan my app. I explained I had previously used my app and he then told me to take my icee and leave. I told him that I didn’t want the item because not paying for it was not the correct way to resolve the issue. I left the item in the store and I refuse to ever visit this store again. I plan to file a complaint with consumer affairs and also the BBB. I’m sending this email to have someone reach out to the store and confirm if they actually honor the app. If so I would like to further file a discrimination complaint, and a false advertisement claim.

late night snack run, had a nice conversation with the lady on shift ( i think her name was carol ) i’m normally not a talkative person, but she was super friendly and easy to get along with. one of the more pleasant late night interactions i’ve had at gas stations.

I went in today and they had a sign $.50 large fountain drinks so I got 2. When I went to pay they said they didn’t take the app there I told them why would you have a sign next to the fountain drink station if you don’t take the am it’s very misleading. The cashier just told me she worked there and that her manager was standing there. I told them both they said put a sign saying they don’t take the app. They seem like they didn’t even care. They need a better manager and staff!!!!

Store manager Dave is unpleasant and has zero customer service skills (and apparent emotional issues) and business requires you to remove facemask during a global pandemic.

Been in two times during COVID and most employees were not wearing masks. I asked those employees about this and they said it was due to health conditions. This is frustrating because they're putting all visitors at risk. They could wear a clear face shield instead of a mask. There's no excuse for this.
