Beautifully curated store and the owner has a heart of gold. I asked her for directions to the closest pharmacy because I needed a Tide pen; a moment later she found one behind the desk and said I could keep it. Me and my sweater are both grateful ❤️

Very friendly staff. Yes their items are priced high, quality stuff isn't cheap. I walked in there in flip flops and target clothes and was treated with respect.

Awesome personalized store. Love the diverse high quality selection. Today, associate Pam fitted me in the best pair of jeans I have ever had on in my life. (We all have tried on tons of brands haven't we? ). They feel amazing, so comfy they are like the best pjs you never want to give up. They are absolutely gorgeous. The Paso Robles location is where I shop. Great vibe in the store clean, fresh, new arrivals daily. The jewelry is amazing.. I ca. Tell you right now I will be back for a second pair of these Jean's. Maybe a third...lol. Pam is one step ahead of you in knowing your size and can have you rocking a great outfit . You will leave with a smile on your face! Ashley is a doll. So helpful and cheerful. Very accommodating!

Very very rude management. I asked one simple question and they were already judgmental and disrespectful! I wouldn’t even work in this toxic environment. Don’t go to this place you can find better prices else where.

There was a review left regarding an incident with a pair of sunglasses. We were the buyer of said glasses so figured we would share the experience from our perspective. The one star review is a narrow recollection of what occurred. Ambiance was participating in the "sip and shop" evening event. The store was crowded and the staff was extremely helpful. Sales ladies were awesome and super attentive! We saw this particular pair of glasses on a rack with about 15-20 other pairs. We had decided to purchase them and had asked the owner of the store to hold on to them for us. In the bustle they were put back on the rack. Just as we reached for the glasses - the woman who complained in her Yelp review grabbed them out of my husbands hand. Along with 5-6 other pairs. She proceeded to walk to the mirror with 3 sales ladies following her - including the owner. We waited patiently as she tried on every pair she had. When she put the glasses down we had wanted - the sales clerk asked her if she planned to purchase them - she said she wasn't sure and that they were too big for her face. They remained on the counter for a good 5 plus min while she hemmed and hawed over all the other pairs she grabbed. Plus the ones the clerks were bringing her. Finally the owner picked them up and we purchased them. It was only after we bought them that she decided she had to have them proceeded to throw an entitled hissy telling the sales girl it was "complete b********* It was childish and the staff did everything to try and appease her before she stomped out. Keep in mind there were tons of sales and so many people - almost Black Friday style. And these were literally $60. Not some high demand designer glasses - and no one was being disrespectful. In fact quite the opposite. It was such a nice event with little nutcracker performers dressed up, free wine and fhe sweetest sales clerks.

I have shopped here many times over the years but was very disappointed when I returned to the store today. I love to support local businesses but no masks on employees, no shopping for me.

As you enter the town, this place really stands out. The clothes are the ones my mother or grandma would wear with 20th-century prices. My husband took a second on the house to pay for them.

Very friendly, personable lady helped me pick out a gift for a friend! They have a range of prices but most were on the higher end. It is good to have options though. Clothes looked cute, but I wasn't shopping for me today.

Love this store and the great service they provide, always friendly. Yes, it's on the pricier side but you get what you pay for and the sale rack is amazing. I went in recently and let them know that I had a budget for a maternity photo dress and what I was looking for. They helped me find exactly what I wanted, a beautiful and unique boho style dress and never tried to push anything on me. This is a great spot for unique gifts, treating yourself, or special occasions.

Ambiance is always a "go to." Style selection is amazing and everyone will find something. Pam was amazing! She was patient, helpful, and honest. I always return to this place, every time I visit Paso.
