We have an account with Wells. The many attempts to try to get our money back and close our account are met with continual stonewalling and laughable excuses. Truly think about putting money here. Look at their history and one gets a sense of who they're REALLY looking out for. I walked in today to drop off a signed letter from account holders asking to close account. They wouldn't even take it. So we had an account signer call and got verified. They won't do it. What about a cashiers check? Sure. But no Wait. For some reason we can't do it. What will it take now? Mail a NOTARIZED request into MINNEAPOLIS. Thanks Wells. Keep holding the money as long as you can. That's the goal and you are winning. But please everyone. THINK - before you make a deposit. If you don't believe me, simply try a phone number in Pasadena (Lake or Colorado branches) and push buttons (and wait) to speak with someone. They simply say (after minutes) NO ONE IS HERE TO TAKE YOUR CALL. But visit - then you will see bodies....standing around..getting paid....with YOUR MONEY. Astounding

The worst bank EVER!! The wait line is always too long and they're not nice , infact arrogant , when you ask them about the lengthly wait... there always seems to be quite a few employees back there, but nobody can seem to fill in as a teller when additional help is needed to service the clients waiting. I don't think I've met an employee there yet who was gracious about assisting the long line of customers.. my suggestion, and I will take it myself do not come to this branch of Wells Fargo. They are awful.

This Wells Fargo has changed a whole lot since seven years ago. That's really all I can say. I guess the change was necessary.

I have a love and hate relationship with this branch. I love the fact it's empty compare to others however their tellers are sloooooow. Its not just 1 teller it's the whole team.

Excellent customer service and staff is really nice. Everything was explained clearly when opening my new account. I'm very happy to use this locations services. Excellent visit for my first time especially first time banking with Wellsfargo.

If you're looking for an evil corporation staffed by robots who rank as sociopaths on the personality test they take before they're hired, this is the place for you! Horrible company, terrible people, awful service. Did I mention they're thieves? Criminals? Liars? Google it. Avoid at all costs.

Walked into this bank to make a deposit to a WF account. Was instantly greeted by a sales rep who immediately proceeded to inform me that they don't accept cash anymore for deposits. Little did I know that that rule didn't apply to business accounts. Apparently, this sales rep DIDN'T SEEM to know that either... he DIDN'T even ask if it was for a business account....The way I figure, he was either incompetent and simply didn't know the rules properly, or worse, he just assumed it was a personal account and was that careless. So I had to walk across the street, go to Ralphs, and pay a $1.25 per money order (which came out to $5) and go back to the bank JUST to find out from the TELLER that business accounts DO accept cash deposits. The teller apologized profusely for the first sales rep's misrepresentation and said, and I quote, "yeah bankers don't really understand the teller side of it all." To which I wanted to reply, "well, if that's the case then WHY on earth do you have bankers greeting the people who are already standing in line to speak with a teller!?" Bad organization....

Let me start off by saying if I could rate this branch a zero I would. My boyfriend banks thru Wells Fargo and he just recently refinanced a house he owns out of state. Mind you, him and I are young and maybe don't fit the usual part of experienced real estate moguls. We arrived here to deposit the refinance check and were immediately treated like criminals. The tellers immediately took us to the branch manager's office. There, the judging onslaught continued with the branch manger stating he comes across "checks like this all the time.." Another fun tidbit, this check is from a small time bank in Texas. This statement already stuck me as usual and condescending. Mr. Fred Sarkisyan ( bank manager) was super rude and refused to help in any way, shape, or form. He stated the check required 2 signatures, which we later found out wasn't true. We had no problem waiting the 7 day hold to have the check validated but he refused to even do that. He insisted to just have the money wired instead of trying to help us deposit the check we had in our possession. Why would you make up a lie about the check being useless? If you didn't want to accept the check, fine, but why lie and make a scene about it. Why would you treat a long time customer like a criminal? Also knowing your customer has made big deposits in the past like this before and not even take that in consideration?! Besides all that, why you would treat anyone like a criminal regardless of background and financial means ? Mr. Sarkisyan you just assumed that a check that large would be fake because we had possession of it. That sir, is beyond words and you should be ashamed of yourself. We hope that no one treats you like that because it's not a nice feeling. More power to you and hopefully this never happens to you or your loved ones. No one should be ever made to feel less than. Thank you Mr. Sarkisyan for teaching me one thing Friday, that stereotypes still exist and even you, an Armenian American, are still judgmental to other non whites.

I've always hated going to banks even as a kid. I hate waiting in lines. I'm super thankful for this branch having the best customer service and little to no lines! Im always greeted and taken to the nearest teller to help get in and out quicker. All of the girls are amazing at their jobs and they are filled with awesome stories. Diana has made my deposit trips a breeze and she has been so helpful in all of my visits. Truly a well managed branch and it's always a pleasure to stop by with this awesome group.

Always a wait. Always. Never happy or cordial. Don't offer coffee or decent parking. I ALWAYS try to go to a different branch when I can.

Hello First of all I want to say it was a really bad experience , I went there to ask some questions and if I can get an statue to for my father with his own card, I went there and they referred me to one of the personal bankers , his name is tom , he ask me for card and my Id, even he saw my id that doesn't have the same as it is on my farther's card, he said ok ill print it for you, then he realized and talk to me really impolite, and in such a bad way , I want to report this problem Cause when I'm not familiar with banking system and ask them for something , they should make a mistake in reading IDs and then talk to customer like that, very bad experience and I'll never go back there , I just decided to close all of my account and my family accounts as well, I wish some one (manager) hear and read this report Thanks

Never any street parking available at this location. Ok fine, park in the garage. 15 minutes free to get a simple transaction done. Not a terribly long line, but only 2 tellers open. 6 other employees loitering around not helping the situation. Guy in front of me leaves in disgust, signaling to the manager the ridiculous situation. No new teller windows opened. I race out to exit parking garage...oh sorry, just a minute over. Can I go back to the bank to get validation? Oh sorry, car waiting behind you, gotta pay for parking. Never coming to this branch again. Time waisted and had to pay to get banking done. Very inconvenient for bank customers.

No lines on a Friday!!!! I normally hate banking on a Friday but at this location there where no lines and they had a Starbucks attached so I killed two birds with one stone. The only reason they didn't get five stars is because parking is bad but hay I will deal with it for no lines!!

A bank is a bank busy long lines and mostly friendly bankers... the floors are mostly clean and clients are always grumpy ....this is how it is
