This is the WORST Wells Fargo branch. Avoid if you can. The customer service was the worst and everyone there were extremely unprofessional that we ended up walking out going straight to Bank of America to open a new account. We even called their corporate office to make a report. Hope they replace all the employees at this location to reset the system because they are failing. I wish I could give zero star because that's what they deserve.

The branch manager - he is great (5 stars all day). The crew there is awful. Some teller are fine. But some teller have a skill issue and worse a veracity issue (which cause customers real money) The crew there is without question at times very dis-ingenuous. The crew is more about cancelling their blunders then being responsible. (negative 5 stars)

I hope all of the workers here learn to do a job which requires the use of their hands because they have all failed at a job that requires them to use their brains.

Garbage bank- management only.I run a company and travel all over socal and visit a lot of wells fargo, most wells fargos are great!I have business account, tried to pull money from it, I deposited checks the day before. The manager says she will need to call to make sure funds are available, even though every single other bank cashes me out the next day.Plus I noticed this bank is always empty and they verify the account by sending you a text if you don't have a phone then oh well.Garbage bank, don't feel like a customer there. I feel like they judge me by my clothing and how much money I want to pull out.Get new management there. Also they make you fill out the entire withdrawl slip, other wells fargos don't. Lazy

I have been a customer with Wells Fargo for 23 years. This Branch is unprepared to help customers in a timely manner. Often unable to help with any personal banking in the same day. Branch manager is not customer service oriented and is unfortunately giving this branch and the company A reputation for poor service. Go elsewhere.

This branch makes Wells Fargo looks like a junk bank, meaning a bank that is not worth your trust or time. They seem to specifically cater to the Mexicans while ignoring everybody else who don't speak Spanish. They also have the most INCOMPETENT employees here from the manager downward. This branch and other experiences I have had with Wells Fargo in the past few years have led me to the decision to close ALL my accounts with Wells Fargo and would never do business with them again. And when Wells Fargo go down, I'll celebrate because then, I would see karma actually works!

Avoid this branch and avoid this bank. As a result of the corporate malfeasance, Wells Fargo has new policies to ensure compliance with regulations. These policies are there to protect the bank and not the clients. During the Covid lockdown they had absolutely no protocols to address remote administrative issues. They expected elderly clients to come to a branch in order to make administrative changes. Today, my husband and I went to the Hastings Ranch branch. We were disrespected. My husband was denied access to his Social Security funds. He was not found credible by the branch manager, therefore he was denied access to his account. The branch manager, Charles Ulloa, is ill-prepared and ill-tempered. He was a bully to my elderly husband. Marco Montenegro made no attempt to ask what we needed specifically. We were told that no one could help us until next week or go to another branch. These employees were inelegant in their treatment of a delicate situation. There was absolutely zero judgment in terms of their demonstration of humanity and compassion. I attempted to facilitate a banking transaction for my elderly and infirm husband. We were treated as if I was a criminal attempting to rob my husband. I am not abusing my husband, but Charles Ulloa denying him his Social Security funds is abusive. As soon as we can rectify this situation, I plan on closing the account. Wells Fargo doesn't care about their clients. Wells Fargo Bank doesn't care about you.

Terrible experience at this bank when I attempted to retrieve a debit card that was left at a Wells Fargo ATM adjacent to the bank. All I got from banker Michelle R.was attitude and a lack of assistance of any kind. She truly appeared to have little interest in helping and essentially told me to go on the app and get a new card myself even though I was in the bank. Avoid this branch at all costs.

By far the worst branch. Are we still not past the waiting in line phase. Every time I come here there's an issue. Either they're having technical difficulties, or they're closed for lunch!!! Since when does a branch close for lunch... it seems to be a consistent issue with them. Something is going on with staffing or terrible management. I will say even though the bank tellers, internal operation can't seem to get it together the guard is always friendly. She tries her best given the situation the staff can't seem to resolve.

I love this bank !! From the minute you walk in you have friendly people greeting you and asking you how they can help you ! The tellers and bankers are all very knowledgeable and rarely do I have any issues.

Frankly, I am sad I will be moving and will no longer be able to bank there. The best experience, relationship you can expect with this team. I will miss them. They really know how to create that bond with their customers, provide excellent service, professional, friendly, and helpful.

Stay away from this awful location, it's run by drones. You know, it's hard times for everyone right now. Human compassion is in shorter and shorter supply it seems and that was my experience today. I had closed all my accounts with Wells Fargo last year and today was a good reminder why. First, I had to make an appointment because the customer service phone support center "couldn't access my files on their end," so I had to make a branch appointment with no regard for unnecessary Covid exposure. (I even mentioned this to phone support) I simply needed a few of my 2018 statements. I waited 20 minutes with no regard for my time only to be met by the DMV type worker who gave me the impression she was doing me a favor and I was a nuisance in the queue. She first challenged me on whether I had an appointment at all. I proved her otherwise. I waited some more. Finally, I'm able to get down to why I was there and of course, her being the "drone" type, told me I was subject to all the fees. This is why Wells Fargo is getting panned right now, so you'd think they'd have sent a system wide memo not to squeeze everyone for every penny. These aren't reasonable fees, they wanted $5.00 a statement and no option to digitally send in a PDF. So I'm forced into an only option to kill a tree, pay an unreasonable amount and then I have to scan them all into a pdf on my own anyway, so I purchase a headache on top of it all. (Not everyone has access to a scanner during Covid) I asked her to wave the fee. She gave an expressionless stare with zero empathy and said "NO." I even asked with a smile. (You can still see a smile with a mask on) We all know there's plenty of others with compassion who would have simply said YES. As a matter of fact, at a different location just a few months prior, I had a year of statements printed for nothing! Though they were paper but that says even more about the difference in customer service level from location to location. Needless to say, this location wasted my time, killed my vibe on a Friday and further soured the taste in my mouth regarding Wells Fargo. Good job guys. Was the fee worth this review? How difficult it was for me instead of her just being helpful. What a grind for no reason. Would you charge your own family member those audacious fees? I don't think so. This individual knew they were needed for court as well. So I didn't accomplish my goal while I was there. I left empty handed, unnecessarily exposed and with a frown. I'll find another location and try my luck with someone who actually cares and maybe even has compassion for others. Good luck if you use this location. *Side note, the security guard was a sweetheart.
