Service is slow and only two tellers and they are slow do not go to this branch

I hope all of the workers here learn to do a job which requires the use of their hands because they have all failed at a job that requires them to use their brains.

I have been a customer with Wells Fargo for 23 years. This Branch is unprepared to help customers in a timely manner. Often unable to help with any personal banking in the same day. Branch manager is not customer service oriented and is unfortunately giving this branch and the company A reputation for poor service. Go elsewhere.
