We have an account with Wells. The many attempts to try to get our money back and close our account are met with continual stonewalling and laughable excuses. Truly think about putting money here. Look at their history and one gets a sense of who they're REALLY looking out for. I walked in today to drop off a signed letter from account holders asking to close account. They wouldn't even take it. So we had an account signer call and got verified. They won't do it. What about a cashiers check? Sure. But no Wait. For some reason we can't do it. What will it take now? Mail a NOTARIZED request into MINNEAPOLIS. Thanks Wells. Keep holding the money as long as you can. That's the goal and you are winning. But please everyone. THINK - before you make a deposit. If you don't believe me, simply try a phone number in Pasadena (Lake or Colorado branches) and push buttons (and wait) to speak with someone. They simply say (after minutes) NO ONE IS HERE TO TAKE YOUR CALL. But visit - then you will see bodies....standing around..getting paid....with YOUR MONEY. Astounding

I feel I got lucky to have been served by an amazing banker. Made an appointment before. Service was intelligent and efficient. They'll validate the parking if you park in the garage.

I visited the Pasadena (W. Colorado/Orange Grove) branch on the morning of 1\26\2024 to make a deposit of roles of wrapped coins of different denominations. The coins, which had been counted and wrapped in the appropriate wrappers were from my mother's estate. The teller refused to take them. She matched a couple of roles against a coin counting tray and stated that one looked a coin or so less and another looked a coin or so more. She told me I had to recount and rewrap all the roles of coins (without even trying to check the others) and suggested I get (buy) a coin counting tray. Really? At the time I went there, there were two tellers, herself and another male with no customers waiting in line. I had offered her my Wells Fargo card and ID to confirm my account but she declined to take them. She was just not going to assist me and neither did the other teller offer assistance. I later reported my experience to Wells Fargo customer care unit.I left and went to the So. Pasadena branch and had no problem with them accepting and verifying the contents of the roles and I was able to deposit their value into my account. On the outside of the So. Pasadena branch, a sign indicates it is a "Premier" establishment which indeed, it is.On the outside of the Pasadena branch, similarly a sign indicates it is a "Premier" establishment - NOT. Perhaps the sign on that branch should reflect "Subpar".

The worst bank EVER!! The wait line is always too long and they're not nice , infact arrogant , when you ask them about the lengthly wait... there always seems to be quite a few employees back there, but nobody can seem to fill in as a teller when additional help is needed to service the clients waiting. I don't think I've met an employee there yet who was gracious about assisting the long line of customers.. my suggestion, and I will take it myself do not come to this branch of Wells Fargo. They are awful.

Y'all need "Parking validated inside" signs by your parking garage, and also some better customer service. I didn't know about the free street parking outside (since everywhere else nearby is metered) so I pulled up to the parking garage, but when I saw that you had to pay to park there, I stopped for a minute. I thought surely you'd validate, but I didn't see a parking validation sign there, so I decided I'd go park somewhere else because I shouldn't have to pay money to park at the bank. When I approached the garage, I pulled along the wall so I wouldn't be in anyone's way, but for some reason after sitting there for like 30 seconds as I deliberated where I was going to park, an employee came out and approached my car, and he gestured like "what are you doing here?" He wasn't trying to help me, he just came to stare at me critically. Again, I wasn't in anyone's way whatsoever, and I had stopped for about 30 seconds. Also -- fix your ATMs. When you try to deposit money, the wind blows the cash away, but if you try to hold the cash in place, the door will slam on your fingers. No other ATM I've been to has this problem.

SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS, GO ELSEWHERE!I recently legitimized my small business as an LLC and opened a business account with Wells Fargo about 2 months ago. Upon opening and depositing a decent amount, the small biz manager chatted with me about a loan or line of credit. I told him, I was unsure because I was new business and my odds may be slim. He explained that my personal credit could be used in lieu of my biz credit. My thoughts were concerning because I just bought a car with my personal credit, though my score is still high, I wasn't sure. Yet, he still made it seem with my high credit score, it should work out. Well, one month later...it didn't due to my car loan. Which I already informed him about. Now I have a hard inquiry and wasted time under his guidance. His name is Marcus Contreras.I explained twice to him after he tried to push "Clover" on my business, about my car and that I'm a new business and explained that I don't want to agitate my credit with an inquiry if the odds weren't good. He made it seem like it would be via SBA. Told me to jot down the year I initially had a DBA to make the odds better, and blah, blah, blah. NOT TRUE!! It was all a LIE!! I'm unsure if they get bonuses to get customers to apply, sign up for Clover, and other bells and whistles, but as a new customer and business owner, I feel blind-sided and I don't trust Wells Fargo. I'll be closing my account and starting fresh with a new bank for 2023.

This Wells Fargo has changed a whole lot since seven years ago. That's really all I can say. I guess the change was necessary.

Even all ATMs are not working, they don't know how to prioritize any type of service. Worst bank ever I visited. Closing down my wells fargo business and personal accounts. Total 4 people at cashier but only 1 person is working for last 35 minutes. Unbelievable. Manager is just staying in the back he is chatting with a guy and two other cashiers are counting cash and staying in the back. Their excuse is another wells fargo is closed. That doesn't mean they can ignore a long line. I highly suggest the manager to take a training course.

Until next time, Cheers! O.

Omg. Where do I start? 15 minute wait! Charged for parking after 10 minutes! No euros! Two tellers! Five people waiting! Six managers!!!! They should close the branch and open up ten atms! More helpful!

Made line and bald clerk couldn't help me because I didn't know my account number to get change (coins). 2 clerks on duty on a Friday is ridiculous. I had to make line twice. 50 minutes to get 63 dollars in change.

They only hire a single teller here so expect a ridiculous wait.

I have a love and hate relationship with this branch. I love the fact it's empty compare to others however their tellers are sloooooow. Its not just 1 teller it's the whole team.

No bankers to open a savings account, someone called off sick or some weak excuse when. There was a banker sitting there doing nothing. Guess they have too much money at wells to take any one accounts, bad taste forever
