I felt safe at the location as they secured the shop when I arrive. william was nice and patient when he looked at all the pieces I brought in. The whole process was simple and customer service was outstanding. There is a coin and jewelry place closer to where I live, but I picked this place due to the fabulous reviews that everyone provided. I'm happy that I chose Gold Knox.”

1st time in a long time.
Today is a Sunday at 12pm and I was dressed in basketball shorts, dirty shoes and a faded ugly shirt and came with my wife and kid
I came to Tiffany's because I wanted to buy a few pieces for me and my wife and I was worried about my attire and how I would be treated.
Before we came to the front door the doorman opened the door seamlessly.
The front door opens to beautifully clean designed store and everyone there is polite and well dressed as I wasn't.
I felt very comfortable already and then Richard our salesman approached us.
I told him my situation and he took it from there.
From the whole showing of jewelry, from the knowledge and education I left with and conversation about was truly amazing.
From the amenities' and accommodations and respect were what stood out. My wife was happy, kid was happy and I was very happy.
I had questions about competitors between Cartier, Tiffany's, and Cleef and Richard answered them all and I know I had made the right decision.
Tiffany's selection, designs are abundant compared to the rest. Prices are great.
