What a dream. I had a very uncomfortable couch bed and I didn't realize it until a very honest guest told me it was the worst night's sleep he never had so I knew I had to get a bed, but I didn't have much room because my guestroom is very small. I went to Wallbeds n More in Pasadena just down the street from my house. It was very expensive so I decided not to get it and I got another very uncomfortable bed. After a second complaint and my cat scratching the hell out of the couch bed, I decided it was time to invest in a nice bed. I saved my money, and I finally was able to get a chest bed. It looks like a nice chest, but it opens up into a beautiful memory foam queen size bed! Stephanie was amazing and helpful as was Norma. They put up with my two years of dillydallying and I'm so glad that I finally got it. My first guest said it was very comfortable. And it looks beautiful in my office/guestroom.

We ordered an awesome queen size bed, professionally installed on time. One of the gas pistons was defective, and failed within the first four months. I contacted the company on a holiday weekend, and within 24 hours they had someone on location replacing the piston free of charge and apologizing for the trouble. These guys drove hours to get to my place, and it's the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Highly recommend going with this company. Thanks to Chris, Ceaser, and all the crew.

Got an even ruder reply from Stephanie. She's clearly lying to try and cover up her own mistakes, her co-workers mistakes, and more. Don't trust this shady company.

In January 2023, I visited Wallbeds "n" More for an appointment (the store is open by appointment only) to look and get specific pricing. On that visit I was asked to fill out some paperwork that would be filed if I decided to purchase. I was specifically told that 1. no hard inquiry would be done and 2. no line of credit opened, if I did not choose to purchase. In May I received notification via mail that not only had a hard inquiry been done, but that a line of credit was opened in my name. I received the credit card. I was very upset and reached out to the company to see why this happened. I was brushed off and told I could "just cancel it". Hard inquiries, opening credit, and closing credit all have a detrimental impact on credit scores. Their lack of concern over the lies and sketchy practice of opening this line of credit despite telling me this would not happen was really surprising, and I would like to see some resolution to this that doesn't involve me having to cancel things on my own. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well.

We needed to redo a room downstairs. We called Closet World and after reading reviews we decided not to use them. Our cousin recommended Wallbeds and more. We met with Stephanie who was really helpful and friendly. We are excited with what we picked and am looking forward to seeing it installed. Will keep you posted.

Highly recommend Wallbeds N More. The opportunity to customize our choices made their selection almost limitless, but the real plus was Stephanie's expertise. We wanted a piece of quality furniture that would be right for our home, and her in-depth knowledge really helped us compare mechanisms, materials, ease of use, durability, local manufacturers, and availability. Our scheduled delivery was prompt and the installation flawless. We are delighted with the space we gained in our guest room and have received nothing but complements. Kudos

The quality of the beds are great. Was not impressed with the delivery considering the price. I was accommodating for a delivery date change from Saturday to Sunday but they were 1 hour late, did not put anything down on the floors to protect them from being scratched (as is custom with white glove delivery) my floors are light wood and they were scratched by their dollies. The installers did NOT wear masks inside my house during a pandemic even though I don't know them, their vaccination status and there is a new variant. They also left my gate open when they left and I have 2 dogs who could have gotten out. They were nice but I was NOT impressed with the delivery/install process considering how much they charge.

Able to get a same day appointment to view the showroom floor. Beautiful pieces on display! Solid wood furniture that you just know will be built to last. Followed COVID safety precautions, which is a huge plus for me given that I work in Public Health!

I have purchased 2 wallbeds and currently still enjoying one and have given the other to a family member. They are still beautiful as the frames a solidly built. One of best my purchases.

The experience at this location was Fantastic! From the moment we walked in it was smooth sailing. I had done a lot of research prior so I was well informed . They answered all our questions, we then placed our order. The bed was ready at the start of Covid restriction and they were very gracious in waiting till we were comfortable with having it delivered and installed. The piece is beautiful and I wonder why I didn't do it sooner , my answer I was looking for the right store /staff and I found them . Thank you again !

I purchased a lovely wallbed and matching cabinets with desk from Wallbeds N More Pasadena. It is a dream room come true for me. I have never had anything so nice. It works well and looks beautiful. I am not going to lie it is a little pricey but it was well worth it and if you want something nice and long lasting you have to pay a little more. This company, from the sales person Chris Miyata, who know what she is doing. Not by over selling but selling a product she knows. Chris is very personable and answered all my questions. Up the ladder to Stephanie the owner who designs and runs the builds and installations takes time to talk to me on the phone. I love the design she came up with for me. I am impressed by her #1 man Caesar and his helper who were so professional came on time installed the furniture so neat and tidy who I can call any time for anything that may go wrong or when I need some advice about my new furniture. They are a great company I highly recommend them for all your wallbed needs. Check them out in Pasadena CA.
