Bought a lighter here and it blew up and almost burned my face. I came back with the receipt and eddy the cashier did not help me.They sell products at at are not safeAnd if u try to exchange or refund with a receipt they won’t help u.He doesn’t even have he “owners” numberUseless

Sold me a lighter that blew up in my face. Went back to get my money back and he said he couldn't do anything about it. Had no empathy about it. Asked him to call the owner for an exchange or refund because I did have the receipt and he said he doesn't have his number. selling products that haven't been tested that may blow up in ur face. Be careful. He won't care they just want ur money His register doesn't work either most of the time So you will be waiting for a while. I don't recommend this place

Very interesting store with a lot of products mostly for smoking but there are also random products like lighters, ash trays and candles. The products sold here usually looks well made and of good quality. The store is clean and owner is very nice.

I needed a refillable lighter good quality that I can use for a while, and a can of gas. I didn't pay too much, they're helpful and know! I will be back there again!

VIP tobacco shop is one of the best convenient smoke shops I've experienced they have everything you need from cigars to lighters, hats, oil burners even cologne and they always have good customer service So . . .if you happen to stop by and see my boi Andrew, Hadi be sure to experience a good experience hands down??

These guys are very nice, knowledgeable, and most importantly fair to all of their customers.. they are also understanding towards certain things.. I came in because I had a problem with a product and they replaced it... by accident I was being loud because unfortunately I'm partially deaf do to an injury and once I explained to them they were completely understanding about it.. I feel so bad about that and I apologize immensely for that.. I try to be as cautious as I can about it but sometimes its difficult.. thanks for being so cool about that and understanding again and I will definitely be back

I was coming here for months, I used to love this place (Andrew was cool). I never had a problem with Flume vapes, but finally ran into a faulty one that didn't hit well and died very quickly. When I told them, they didn't seem to care/believe me for some reason. They just lost a loyal customer.

Asian owners previously way more solid!I don’t care about prices I care about customer service. I totally get hours of operation, but if you see someone coming towards your door at closing time it’s pretty messed up to not accommodate. Could’ve added $110 to the till…Never get the chance to disrespect me or my money again. HARD PASS
