THANK YOU Vetco Pasadena for taking such good care of our kitty, Prince!! Shout-out to Hospital Manager, Andrea, and to Dr Sharp for going above and beyond for him. Prince was constipated. He had stoped eating and popping. He was feeling miserable:(
Dr Sharp diagnosed him immediately, and we started treatment asap. Andrea’s communication skills are excellent and reassuring. Even Dr Sharp texted to see how Prince was feeling, the next day. That made my day! It truly shows that they care for their patients. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is sparkling clean.
Prince is feeling great again! All thanks to Vetco Pasadena and their AMAZING staff! Highly recommend their services! Can’t thank them enough!

I was nervous to switch to a big box/corporate chain vet, but this location seems great! I brought my dog for a first visit & everyone who worked with my dog was great. I felt like my dog was well taken care of. Prices were normal for the vet, & they honored my vital care rewards perks no problem. Thank you!

I am more than happy with the care and treatment me and my Cat Alien received. From the receptionists to the Vets, they were kind and attentive with all details and health of my pet. I was happy with the experience we received even if the news wasn't good, it was exactly what we needed in these difficult times. Definitely recommend bringing your babies here.

The facility itself was great and so was the staff. My only complaint is the fact that they did not honor the coupon for the free first vet exam. I spoke to the person at the front desk to let them know I had it and not once did she say they were no longer taking it. Even though on the coupon itself it clearly states it’s valid till 2/1/2025. She said to let them know at the end of my visit so they can discount it from the bill. When it was time to pay that’s when she said they were no longer taking the coupon. Mind you I had just spoke to her making her aware of the fact that I had it and not one word about not accepting it was given to me then. Also the staff member that helped with my pet also asked if I was aware of the free first vet exam since it was my first time there. So how is it that the staff is still letting people know about it but not honoring it???? Very disappointing!!!!! Times are hard for a lot of people and anything that can be used to alleviate the cost of something is going to be used. To have it not honored is upsetting and disappointing.!!!!

I had a great experience as I always do when I visit the clinic. The staff is always very nice and professional. The doctor was exceptional and offered multiple solutions for my senior dog's pain. I am happy to follow up in two weeks to visit the clinic and the store!

VETCO vet clinic: All the staff are really incredibly great, efficient, friendly, caring, helpful, and all around blew my experience out of this world. In particular Dr. sharp, Joshua Duffin, and Luis Garcia. Incredible care and bedside manner, honest & up front about everything even before I asked.
And most importantly- my little dog hates going the vet every time. This time he was super comfortable and only a bit nervous and completely cooperative lol. I owe that to all the staff and the super mellow vibe that VETCO provides. I am sooooooo happy I found a vet that my pup actually likes to go to!

I recently visited VETCO Total Care in Pasadena and had an amazing experience. Dr. Sharp was thorough, sensitive, kind, and confident in diagnosing my 11-year-old dog. It was my first time visit, and the prices were reasonable, with several discounts available.
The staff was fantastic. Bianca, the receptionist, greeted me with a smile, and I waited only a few minutes before being escorted to an exam room. Jerry, the vet tech, was kind and knowledgeable during the prescreening, and was patient answering all of my questions.
Dr. Sharp’s examination was honest and upfront, with no push to sell additional services. Unlike my previous vet, who shamed my pet care, Dr. Sharp was compassionate and understanding.
I highly recommend VETCO Total Care in Pasadena to anyone searching for a vet. My experience was nothing short of amazing, and I look forward to our next visit. (-:
