The worsttttt!!!! Usps everI was waiting for 30 minutes till the lady that worked there, to stop chitchatting with the customer!I would give less than one star if I could! And then after waiting that much she said her coworker will come later to help her, after she saw a big line behind me !Very bad customer service!!!

ALWAYS A LONG DAMN WAIT HERE ALWAYS ONE CLERK AT THE FRONT EVERY TIME I UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO COME HERE. LIKE WHYYYY DONT YA HIRE OR PUT ANOTHER STAFF UP THERE TO ASSIST WITH THESE LONG WAITING LINES. IT'S ALWAYS OUT THE FRONT DOOR

The young girl who worked in this post office has way better attitudes than that middle age lady with an accent. So rude and attitude down to the bottom!!! A true disgrace of USPS Service. I gave a high respect to the young lady who has been patience with customers. HR performance review to that middle age lady - send her home or get a new hire!!! Gosh. All clients were shocked by attitudes.

Honestly really disappointed in their service here. I came with 20 minute left before closing and been waiting in a really long line. By the time I got to the front desk the lady helping me was entering the stuff for the address and when she realized that it was for outside of the US she told me that she can’t take it because they’re closed and I have to fill out a form and she doesn’t have time to input.I wasn’t sure what the protocol was but I been in line for 20 minutes it would’ve been nice if they’re not taking in additional international shipping that they made that clear.She directed me to go to another USPS that was still open?There were still people behind me so it’s not like I’m the last person and I’m sure that if the door was open and we were being helped they can’t just turn people away like that?That was real disappointing to be turned away. Not to mention she was not sorry at all. They just seems really phased out by their job. Sheesh.

Anoosheh I don't know if you are just really jaded but not doing the job correctly isn't the answer.I came in for a return which, according to my past experiences with other providers - involves showing a QR code for the item to the postal staff and the staff "take care of the rest". Instead, after a long wait, I was instructed to go buy a roll of packing tape, remark the packaging, etc, and come back after that. With other shipping providers, this has never happened. Come on USPS.

A racist female employee here, treat us completely different from others. Rolled her eyes in front of me with no reason. Ask her something she will not answer you, just keep staring at you. We are the first in line, but she intentionally made us the last. sending messages in front of us, we have to wait for her for the service. We end up walking away and select another USPS

Pamela, your worker Anush(Armenian) allows Armenian people to cut in front of the line and send out urgent mail when there are 20 other people in line waiting to do the same. I am Armenian myself and understood their conversation and would like to address several things to you in regards to the poor customer services skills and attitude portrayed by Anush. When it came to my turn I had to fill out my paperwork in the lobby when 5 minutes ago she allowed her friend or family member to fill out the same form right in front of her. I wasn't born yesterday Anush. You're a sneaky person that needs to be replaced. Allow me to depict the scene for you....there's 20 of us in life, a lady comes in while Anush is assisting another customer stating the following in Armenian: "I need to send this out urgently it's important." Anush begins to assist her on the side but when she hears me say I'm sorry we all have mail that needs to go out. Probably not assuming I'm Armenian, she tells the girl, the girl back there is talking about us, I can't do it right now. Ohhhh, If I didn't say excuse me....you were going to allow her to cut? For what reason? Maybe because she's the same race as you???? Anyway, Anush proceeds to put me on blast that she's not doing anything for her but clearly the lady stood there and sent out certified mail. But the audacity you have to yell at me from your counter when I tell you that I understood your conversation. Based on the reviews below it seems as though this postal service just hires racists folks. So sad. Attached is my receipt for proof that I was there but I dared not to send mail out with this WITCH (she legit looks like one) as she would have trashed my mail. I'm honestly so disgusted. The new bitter Betty on the block is Anush. (Read all reviews to understand comment)IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR LIFE STAY HOME!!! Someone more deserving can take your place and provide better customer service.

The older Asian lady they call "Betty" is an abomination. It looks like so many people already complained about her below, but nothing is being done. I feel like she is enraged to be working there everyday, and absolutely unpleasant with the way she despicably treats me and everyone else. She MUST be replaced for the sake of other residents here, as she is SURE to ruin your day. Why isn't anything being done about this psychotic lady despite the public outcry on Google reviews??

We need a petition to have this Asian lady Betty fired from here. She simply ruins my day when I walk in to this location. Look at how many 1 star reviews there are referring to Betty. Obviously the whole city of Pasadena is sick of her at this point. Why is she allowed to continuously ruin people' day like this?

Please avoid this post office! Long line when I arrived. Someone in front of me had a question re her shipment so she went up to simply ask one of the employees (older asian woman with short hair) who was with a customer and rudely got told she had to wait her turn and get back in line. As the line gets longer behind me, this same employee decides to leave for her lunch break seeing full well the amount of people waiting, leaving one other employee to man the desk alone. Horrible, horrible customer service with no good sense!

I went in today to send out to letters to the IRS. While I was waiting in line I hear the employee tell the costumer in front of her that they were closed yesterday due to Juneteenth. The customer said yea I know I came by. The employee replied with. "I'm so sorry you came by. I don't know why we were even closed. It's not like it was a major holiday. It's not really a minor one." The customer asked. What was it? The employee replies " it was for Black people" the Juneteenth. Then she added, it's ridiculous that it's even a holiday, Asian people people do not get a holiday, And we have suffered too. Everyone standing in line gasped. We couldn't believe this person was saying this out loud. I finally get to her in line. And she didn't even look me in the eye. She quickly noticed I didn't have my info on my letter. And she sharply said . Please step out of line and fill out the top part. " next" I paused and said "excuse me" I just wanted to say, that what you said the the costumer before me was highly offensive and inappropriate. I explained to her that I'm half Filipino and half back, and it's Not the same. Yesterday marks the date that slavery was ended in the United States. That's why it's a holiday. That's why you had the day off. And as an employee of the United States postal service you should hold yourself to a level of professionalism and deform fitting of this position. I told her that I'm half Asian and half black. And it's not the same. She quickly snapped back and said that it was a joke between her and the customer and that my BLACK SIDE was over reacting. And it was not meant in offense. It was a joke. Then she apologized to the other people standing in line. I'm sure she felt embarrassed. I did not end up mailing my letters through that office. In fear of retaliation against me for speaking up to her. The behavior and ignorance that was displayed by a worker of the United States postal service in the office was beyond. I did not catch her name. But she was at the first register, older lady, short bob haircut, with grey hair and she wore glasses. I saw two other woman working there with here. I tried to call a number of times within an hour and no one's picked up the phone. This was an embarrassing day for this postal office in Pasadena smh
