This is place is slow the employees are rude and everytime I come there having a bad day and the line is very long. They put me in a bad mood. After 30 mins of standing in line someone else finally comes to help. Line still long though. Hire me I will help improve

The worst post office. The open late, are never prepared and have the worst customer service. Nobody wants to help you there. Train your people better. Will not return. This place and people that work here are useless

i came around 12 PM and even tho there were two staffs ( one is obviously just on board) they are freaking slow. They can see the waiting line is getting longer but still they don’t feel they need to speed up. One shorthair elder lady is pretty rude and unwilling to answer questions.

The worst post office I have ever stepped into by far, would not visit again. Would not recommend. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Waited 45 minutes while they only helped 4 people to then be sent away without mailing my package in the process.

The service here is why people don't want to use the post office anymore. The lady at the counter was completely unhelpful and thought it was appropriate to put the line on hold while she sorted mail.

Slow service, there’s only one short hair lady on the shift during peak hours. I waited in the line for nearly 35 min and the lady was working as slow as possible. She also answers customer in the sarcastic way, ex. Customer asked is this also comes with tracking number, she answered what do you think? How the heck could we supposed to know exactly? She is really mean or pulling a bad joke on a rush hour. I recommend walk another 5 blocks to other post office.

The worsttttt!!!! Usps everI was waiting for 30 minutes till the lady that worked there, to stop chitchatting with the customer!I would give less than one star if I could! And then after waiting that much she said her coworker will come later to help her, after she saw a big line behind me !Very bad customer service!!!

ALWAYS A LONG DAMN WAIT HERE ALWAYS ONE CLERK AT THE FRONT EVERY TIME I UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO COME HERE. LIKE WHYYYY DONT YA HIRE OR PUT ANOTHER STAFF UP THERE TO ASSIST WITH THESE LONG WAITING LINES. IT'S ALWAYS OUT THE FRONT DOOR

The young girl who worked in this post office has way better attitudes than that middle age lady with an accent. So rude and attitude down to the bottom!!! A true disgrace of USPS Service. I gave a high respect to the young lady who has been patience with customers. HR performance review to that middle age lady - send her home or get a new hire!!! Gosh. All clients were shocked by attitudes.
