We had a great experience here! Even my 3 and 6 year olds were commenting how much they liked Exer and how nice everyone was Organized check in system. Clean and comfortable spaces. Professional, kind staff who went above and beyond. Hopefully we won't need urgent care again soon, but if we do, we'll be back!!

Horrible experience. I have trouble seeing to do much on a phone. Because of this I was not able to check in on the phone. They were very rude and helpless! too lazy to get out of the chair to help so I had to leave without being seen.

They don’t really care about figuring out what’s wrong with you. Just seem to be getting through as many patients as they can in the day.

I took blood tests in this location. And this urgent care lost my blood samples! I have never seen such negligence and irresponsibility before, and I will take action and complain! I waited in line for 3 hours, I left work that day, I was nervous all week while I was waiting for the result, and they just lost it! I really regret that I turned to this hut! I am very outraged and upset! I’ll have to take it again, but I won’t come here again in my life! I would like to note that they did not compensate me for this moral damage. I WANT TO WARN ALL POTENTIAL CLIENTS TO AVOID THIS “URGENT CARE”!

Not even on star very poor staff I been waiting for more the 40min and still waiting this second time they have my information already and they asked me to full up forms again. I am already tired and they make me more tired.

The receptionist at the front desk (1/23/24) I arrived around 2pm.... not sure of her name. I feel for her because she clearly dislikes her job and takes every opportunity she can get to make each patient feel incompetent. She was rude to everyone who walked in and it made me uncomfortable, so much so that when she called me up to pay, I declined and left. I definitely do not need to deal with anyone unfriendly while I am already ill. Spare your time and go somewhere else... this place is overpriced anyways.

unsanitary clinic.also, told i was 3rd in lines waited an hour then put in a room. after another 30 min i asked how long and they said maybe an hour or hour and half , maybe more. I don't want to list all of the health coat violations But there were many. Clinic was recently bought by Exer, But they have not Evaluated or maintained any level of standard of quality.unfriendly staff not really engaging. The whole check-in process is on an app. That is a bit classist. Give people the option of manual check-in. I could clearly see some elderly patients having a difficult time with the check In process.

Very bad service and not caring about the patient and leaving the patient in the waiting room for a long time if you already have an appointment and not caring about the patient's time at all and the nurse disappearing for several hours just to enter the patient's information.

Staff is great. Wait time depends on how urgent is your ailment. Doctors are on a rotating basis. You may not see the same physician twice based on the day of the week. That works against you because you have to restate your issues with a new doctor. The only bad experience I’ve had in the year I’ve been using this clinic is that an older doctor misdiagnosed my serious upper respiratory infection. Instead of prescribing me with anti-biotics he told me to take over-the-counter medication. I ended up at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena for an entire day. So this place is “hit and miss” when it comes to medical care.

I stopped by at 12:15 (during my lunch hour) expecting to wait an hour plus to be seen. When I walked in, I was greeted by professional staff who directed me to scan a bar of to register and check in. The process took only minutes. I waited on the waiting area but was told if I wanted to wait in my car, they would text me when a room was available. Moments later, I was walked into the patient room for vitals and questions regarding my visit. Only minutes after that I was talking to a physician about my condition. He was professional, had a smile on his face, and didn’t seem to be in a rush to move into the next person. All of which I appreciated greatly. We came up with a treatment and prescription and I was out the door, all in under 1 hour. I hesitate to post this because I feel like I stumbled upon a hidden gem.
