They are very personable and professional. There’s a UPS store a little closer to my house but I always go to this specific store for the customer service alone.

The female owner is rude and unprofessional. I went it to return and item and there was confusion over the label and the price for shipping. While I was talking with the owner, attempting to get clarification, she turned away from helping me, shoved my package towards me and called for the next customer in line to come forward. When I asked if we could finish my transaction she ignored me. I have never experienced such bad service at a UPS store.

New staff young man with cross earrings is great, so helpful! A new go-to UPS, used to avoid but the new front desk staff is great.

Rude owner and wife like everyone has said. Once I forgot about that and went there again, and got the same bad experience, simply trying to drop off a package to return and got the day ruined by the rude owner again. Need a negative star.

The staff is not able to help us with any requests. We visited this store twice and they said that their computer is not working for any of our requests. Frustrating

The most helpful UPS Store! Employees care about customer service and work by reality. Checked three UPS Stores, Staples, and Office Depot, where no employee would help me. The employees at this store did help with no attitude.

I never come to the internet to write reviews, but after reading the ones related to this particular UPS store I felt compelled to write my horrible experience here and add to the list of complaints about the older Asian man. I went to the store today to drop off a couple of items I needed to return to my job. Although I had two boxes I only had one label. I go up to the counter and explain to the older guy I have two packages with one label. I was only sent one label, would I be able to mail both packages because they are going to the same address. During this conversation a white gentleman walks in and is being helped by a young gentleman that works there. Long story short he (Asian guy) ignores what I'm saying and starts helping him. I stated I guess I'm not being helped now. The white gentleman apologizes. The Asian guy motions got the young white gentleman to help me. I vent my frustration to the younger helper, who by the way was very helpful. I say I guess what I was saying isn't as important as that guys. The younger guy tries to pacify me by saying please don't feel like that. He doesn't really understand speak English that well. I tell him well he seemed to understand what the white guy was saying without an issue. So yes he does understand exactly what I am saying. To wrap things up I'll just piggyback on what others said about the older Asian man. He is rude, very unprofessional, and my experience felt racist. Also, the store is small and dirty. I will not be returning to this store. I hope others read this review along with all the other and do not go to this store.

Terrible. Trying to do an Amazon Try Before you Buy return.Wouldn’t let me get access to the Guest Wifi Network to print the labels.They have a Wifi Guest Network but he wouldn’t let me access it.Already had the labels in my account, but without Wifi we couldn’t see them.Pretty sure it was the owner. Horrible customer service. Rude. Disrespectful, not helpful. Not fulfilling his contract with Amazon either.

Convenient location so I go here all the time to do my Amazon returns. The owner is not friendly so make sure not to annoy him. Have all your qr codes ready etc.

Never again. Took Amazon returns here. They had plenty of excuses why they couldn't accept them. I was assured that UPS stores would pack my returns and print the labels, but they refused, pointing at a ancient, tattered sign saying "printer out of order". Won't be going back even thought it's close.

WORST SERVICE! Go to the UPS on Colorado. This UPS advertises that they do printing services and their printer does not work. Also, very slow to help. I needed assistance shipping out a 80 lb item and they were very slow to give me a Dolly. I had asked them for in the beginning.
