Rushed to get there at 4:45, 15 minutes before closing and they refused to take my package because they “closed the register early” what is the point of business hours if you won’t follow them. Ridiculous will gladly use any of the many other stores nearby.

I have used this store for 18 years and found the owner to be so mean and rude, but I had no choice. Even my kids are scared of this old guy and said he was mean to them when they dropped of a package. Then they started losing my packages this year. Now that there are other locations in the area, I will never go here again. Everyone is so right about these extremely rude and mean owners. New staff young man with cross earrings is just as rude. Great customer service and kindness has to trickle from the top - but this young man has learned it's okay to be rude by watching the owner interact with customers. There are plenty of UPS stores in the area where they are sweet as pie, so why give these mean folks business. I will never do business here again because it makes me happy when my packages actually reach their destination!

Came here to return my Frontier equipment; Frontier provided me with a QR code and specific instructions that UPS was the only mail courier that supported their returns. The lady working scanned the QR code and told me it didn’t pull anything up and she couldn’t help me. I called Frontier while in the store, to have them send me a new code thinking maybe the one I had wasn’t working. The lady begrudgingly tried the new code that was sent and continued to tell me she couldn’t complete my return. Ultimately went to a different UPS store and wouldn’t you know, no issues. They were able to handle the equipment return quickly and seamlessly. Not sure what’s going on with this location specifically, but I’d recommend going elsewhere.

I had two Amazon packages. They were mailed to me separately. Amazon only gave me one return label.
Sherry said that I had to buy tape as there’s a whole roll of tape behind her.
I don’t understand why you can’t just use the tape that you have instead of charging me for tape that I don’t need.
I had to sit outside in the parking lot call Amazon request to return labels.
Walk back into the store waste my time.
Instead of Sherry, just being a reasonable human being. Don’t come here.
Also, she spoke to the other person working the counter in another language, which I think is extremely rude when you’re dealing with a customer.

Should have read reviews first. This place is a dump. No customer service. But honestly that seems to be the case in California anyways. Want a horrible place California has become. .

I went there to return an item to Amazon. The lady was very ignorant and rude. It looked as I am a burden on her and she does not want to accept my package. We had no communication and whatever she asked to pay, I immediately agreed, still the body language of the Lady was so rude that I decided not to go there again and share my experience with you Guys.

Been here a handful of times. Always waited on cheerfully and professionally. Today brought back a key to be mailed back to Amazon. Only had the key and the return label. Handed them to the young lady behind the counter and she gave me a receipt. Did not have to put label on the envelope that was provided gratus. Great service with a ?

They are very personable and professional. There’s a UPS store a little closer to my house but I always go to this specific store for the customer service alone.

The female owner is rude and unprofessional. I went it to return and item and there was confusion over the label and the price for shipping. While I was talking with the owner, attempting to get clarification, she turned away from helping me, shoved my package towards me and called for the next customer in line to come forward. When I asked if we could finish my transaction she ignored me. I have never experienced such bad service at a UPS store.
