Printing customer service is terrible. An employee named "Jasmine" only had answers of "I'm not sure." I asked for the manager and they took note of the problem and just left me holding on the phone. This place needs structure, management, and lacks professionalism. I won't be spending any more money with this location - TERRIBLE

I simply ran in to print and to grab a few basics: erasers, lead for a pencil, facial tissues and to print a few docs. Super easy printing process and all items were in stock. Easy peasy!

i want to commend Martin at the Staples, Pasadena store. He was so helpful and respectful towards me. He asked me if I needed help? And boy did I?I purchased some tags from Etsy, and had no idea how to print them out from my phone. He did not make feel foolish or embarrassed! Thank you Martin!!!Carol Marron

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing some office supplies from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive. Rarely ever full. There are so many parking spots for you to choose from. Take your pick! Store & Staff: The store itself is very big, neat, tidy, clean, and organized. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

I needed to return an item from GAP and they informed me to take the return to Staples! I didn't need to print out a label nor package it up. Wow! The return process was easy. They even gave me a $10 off $30 coupon for Staples for taking my GAP return there.I interacted with two employees there. The first was an African-American woman working in the printing/returns center and the other was a Hispanic man at the register ringing up my Staples purchases. Both were very nice and professional.

Why is this print center SO difficult? You ask for something simple and the female employee that's there 90% of the time during the day makes everything impossible to do.Over and over and over again. One headache after the next. I don't know why this woman can't make it any easier? It's frustrating af.

Ariel was so helpful and efficient with my print job. I needed a ton of bifold programs printed. I had brought my own paper and a pdf file I created in Canva. She helped me run some test prints and when I realized my watermark designs weren't showing up, I could edit immediately in store since I brought my laptop and the store has wifi. Ariel was patient with my test runs and she helped me get the job done on the same day. This is the kind of service that is above and beyond for a big box publicly traded retailer like Staples. You only expect this at a small mom and pop shop, but I had a smooth and even fun experience here at the local Staples. And the store prices and hours can't be beat. Major kudos to the Staples print shop staff here--I would seek out Ariel for her help if I need another print project again.

Unacceptable customer service and utter lack of accountability. Accidents happen but the nonchalant response with no effort to remedy the situation was insult to injury.Ordered 2 things to be printed. They opened the files in front of me, charged me and told me it would be ready the next day. They had my number to call me when it was ready. After receiving no call, I called them. They never printed my item because they forgot to SAVE the files to their computer (they didn't forget to charge me and take my money though). They didn't call me to let me know. They claimed they cant accept a Dropbox link (?) so I had to drive back there AGAIN to hand them the drive with the files AGAIN. I notified the manager that it delayed my project and pointed out how ridiculous this was and he said there was nothing he could do. No discount, no future credit. Nothing.

I love this staples it's the closest one to me and it's very convenient whenever I need to print big amounts or buy random stationery. It's very well organized and very clean. Highly recommend:)
