Raffi has great customer service! Honest, thoughtful, reliable, trustworthy, straightforward guy! He was thorough, financed the deal very quickly, has great experience and a wealth of knowledge being in the car business for so long. He takes care of the customer and also is very good at explaining/answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend going to United Auto Group to get great customer service!

0 stars. We bought a 2007 Escalade, dropped 3k down an when we went to get the car they gave it to us dirty and on EMPTY an said he couldn't fill it up because the owner doesn't allow them to put gas in the cars. Then after only having the car for less than 2 months the dashboard went out an insurance had to total it out because of an electrical issue, we called United auto group and the guy told us to bring the car back and they would give us a "DISCOUNT" on another car for our troubles.

I don't even know where to start on how amazing and great my experience buying a car from Raffi was. It almost feels unreal to have a car buying experience this easy and enjoyable. Raffi went out of his way in helping me obtain better financing, offered great advice and put me in the most beautiful BMW in pristine condition. The cars are a value as well as beautiful. Don't go anywhere else before looking at United Auto Group! Thanks Raffi.

Nowadays, it has become rare to find a business that gets everything right...the customer service, the services offered and performed, the cost...the list goes on. United Auto Group is that company. Their experience in the field is immediately obvious in the way they handled what I needed. Not only were they knowledgeable, but they did the job in a timely manner and had great prices. If you are in the need for a dealership/mechanic shop, give them a call. You will be glad you did.

bought a car in August. Have driven it less than 5 thousand miles. It has a blown gasket from overheating. I bought this car "AS IS" so the issue is mine and I will take responsibility for fixing. If this problem was known and not disclosed at the time of purchase shame on United Auto as this shows very poor business ethics I asked if there were any known issues and was told no if it was not know to United Auto than shame on the previous owners for their dishonesty. The overheating problem has been going on for longer than I have owned the car, yet I am paying the price for fixing it. At this time, I would not ever consider buying a car from United again. The car is being repaired. There is a question about the history, abuse and upkeep of the car. What angers me is that someone knew the real condition of this car when it was sold to me putting my family and me at risk. Think if you would like that to happen to you. Is money more important than people?

Raffi from United Auto Group was very kind and extremely helpful in the process of buying our car. He gladly answered all of our questions and was very patient. He guides you through the entire process and works hard so you can get the car that you want. They also give advice/tips for after your car purchase. We are very happy with our new car. I would highly recommend this place.

I just called in needing some of my initial paperwork of sale date to be emailed to me asap. Some l**** answered the phone in a very aggressive manner not even introducing himself. I asked for Edward and he just said "he's not here." He said he'd be in later but when I asked for a time frame he began becoming irate and said "I don't know he will get here when he gets here." I asked if he could send my paperwork but he stated he can't access the system in which he makes his OWN sales on. I told him it was urgent because I am getting charged for tickets that are dated before I even purchased the car and need it for the DMV. He then stated "I don't know what you want me to do" which is very unprofessional. I became irate as well and told this idiot to stop being a "d*ck" thus having him call me an "a**hole" and hang up. I called back again asking why he hung up on me and what's his problem? He then started threatening me and saying "I'm right here buddy" as if he wanted to fight me. I asked him for his name but he wouldn't give it to me until about 7 times of me asking. His reply was something like "what are you gonna do with my name? Wipe your a** with it? I live in Oxnard, not Pasadena... Everybody is tough over the phone until it's time to meet in person! We got into an argument over the phone which he hung up AGAIN! I had to call back about 10 times without him answering before he finally answered and said he notified Edward and he will be reaching out to me. I told him "Thanks you piece of sh*t" and hung up on him this time. All in all this review is for anyone who buys from here to AVOID this l**** Rafi and please support EDWARD ONLY! It's not hard to be polite and answer customers questions. All he had to do was give me a time frame instead of being mad at his own life and taking it out on other people. My first experience here was amazing and Edward made me feel at home. I don't know who this new guy is but he shouldn't represent this brand as he is the polar opposite.

Excellent service, great cars, and very helpful employees. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Edward helped me arrange my loan with a credit union and was able to get me a very low interest rate.

I bought my first car from United auto group from Edward and I had an amazing experience. He described everything that was going on and made me feel very comfortable buying the car. He broke down all the steps and the customer service was fantastic. I had an awesome experience with Edward and I’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time to buy a new car again.
