Wow, I just came here for the first time to get my car serviced. I can't believe how great my service advisor John subee treated me along with all the other employees with her smiling faces. I wouldn't wanna go anywhere else I drove past three other Toyota dealers to get here from Glendora and I'm glad I did and I'll continue to do so in the future kudos to Toyota Of Pasadena and my great service advisor John subee.

I came today to this dealership entire position. I've got a car from them in August. I need to do mount inspection and I came up the door and came to reception. I said two times hello to the receptionist and she didn't tell me anything that I was the manager his name is Ruben and my manager there is nobody there. They knew that I had an appointment for 3 pm today.And this guy he was service advisor I don't know his name. He said that he can help me because they don't have time in. I will do another appointment and when they're home but it's four hours and I have appointment. Why refuse me because before that had a lot of conflict there because they didn't work.

My husband and I came here to lease a vehicle. Mynor went above and beyond the entire process! He walked us through our options and we left with a hybrid, an option we weren't aware we had. He was also great at explaining all features, making sure our phones were all set up and connected. The process of getting a car is always long but Mynor is very friendly and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. Thank you!

I went to Toyota of Pasadena in the interest of buying a new car. When I tell you I was impressed by Mynor's service and Pauls determination to get me the best deal; I knew right there I was buying a car from them. I really liked that they were thorough with their sales process and their customer service was great. I would say while waiting for a new car or a service appt possibly having comfortable seats as waiting for long period of time can be very straining for the body. Besides that very happy with the experience.

100% would recommend family and friends to this dealership. From the professionalism, to the time spent helping me lease my car, everything was beyond professional and detail oriented, definitely exceeded my expectations!! 0/10 would never buy a car from here.. everyone is lazy just on their phone and gossiping like children. Should be ashamed of themselves to represent Toyota. Terrible location, no parking, trash service, and egocentric. My money has better places to be. Also, Sandra talks too much about nothing. She is pointless

Friendly, no pressure, and this where I get my Toyota's serviced. Super friendly. Did a couple test drives, and even though I didn't purchase a car here this time around, Gabriel was super helpful, and followed up to make sure. Zero problems with Toyota Pasadena so far. Big thumbs up!

I scheduled a visit for my vehicle in response to an engine maintenance alert. Despite the absence of any driving issues, I entrusted my car for a diagnostic assessment. Following this, I received communication indicating a coolant valve bypass concern, necessitating a replacement part at a cost of $150. Subsequently, I acquiesced to the repair work, which, regrettably, incurred an overall expense exceeding $1,000 due to substantial labor charges. Regard for the cost, I assented to the repairs.However, upon collecting my vehicle, I discovered an unfortunate circumstance: the engine cover located at the underside of my car had been damaged, presumably during the course of their service. Notably, there was no prior communication from the service provider, acknowledging the impairment or extending an apology for the oversight. This is disheartening, especially given the substantial amount invested in rectifying the initial issue. The lack of transparency and accountability is disappointing, and it has certainly marred my satisfaction with the service experience provided.

Great customer service. All the Toyota sales and finance team take care their customers makes us feel welcome and they make sure we leave satisfied on our purchase. Sandra has been a fabulous finance person and makes sure we as customers get the best deals and rates. I can’t be more happy with the purchase I got I’m totally satisfied that’s why I keep returning to Toyota.

I recently came in looking for a new car. I was approached by the sales person Gabriel. I was impressed by his knowledge and patience to give me all the information I asked on several cars before I settled on a Camry. The financing department was amazing they went above and beyond to make sure I had the best possible payment that I could afford. Definitely recommend
