I absolutely love this Torrid location..always get the best customer service.the store is always clean..They have a large selection of everything...and there's always plenty of parking.

Went for the first time here today and it was one of the best experiences I have had at a Torrid. Ingrid and Destiny were absolutely lovely and so helpful when I had a dilemma I needed to fix. I'm so pleased with the customer experience here, and the store was perfectly organized and clean as well. Can't wait to go back!

The cashiers were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Did not have any problems other than my size not being available but it was during Black Friday so I don't blame them for it. I got a really good deal on my shoes and their website availability was really helpful. This store also had shoes available which the West Covina did not. The store was very clean and organized, so I will definitely be coming back!

I really used to love Torrid but the quality is getting worse and worse and for being a size inclusive store, they don’t carry many sizes in the store.I went in today needing a pair of pants. I am a size 4/5 in torrid. They had two pair of jeans and a size 5 and of leggings and a size 5, not a single other pair of pants past a size 3.How are you being inclusive but not carry all of your sizes in the store?I am a pair shape, and even though the pants may be the right size depending on the cut and everything, they may look awful on me, so I really hate ordering online (you can’t track your order).It’s always more expensive in store than online because they run separate sales. That doesn’t bother me but the fact that I could only jeans and leggings, and a size 5 that is ridiculous for being a plus size store.I even asked the lady that works there and she’s basically said they have no control over what comes in.It’s shameful for a plus life store not to have a range of options.I am a size 2 or a size 3 in the top, so there is plenty of options there, but there were not very many larger sizes in the top.Sad

The only reason that I got two stars is because the people that work there are very helpful.It's really sad the selection that they have in sizing. I prefer to get my pants in store because I got a big butt and even the right size pants sometimes don't fit my donkey booty, right.Typically I wear a size 4 or size 5. When I went in today midweek there was very little selection of pants in my size. The lady that worked there helped me look. We found a pair of jeans and those leggings that come wrapped up like pantyhose. No pants that I could wear to work at all.It's really sad that a size inclusive store makes you order the larger sizes online. If I'm gonna have to order my pants online, I might order from someone else because Amazon is a hell of a lot cheaper, faster, and easier to return if it doesn't work.If it weren't for the staff there, it would be one star or less .

Started shopping here about 10 years now, love their bras and some blouses. It’s very hard for me to find great looking blouses.

It's a nice and clean store in a location with parking and wheelchair accessible. There was no cashier around though to help me or check me out for a short while.

Probably the biggest Torrid around and if they don’t have your size on the floor, they have it in the back. Super clean!
