This store have a nice variety, but staff is so rude ,staff told I will.place your.order online because I don't have your size and sent to.your house so she did.i received and emailed saying I need.to pick up my merchandise ,I called the store and someone answer, I explained what happens the order supposed to be shipped to my address, and she told me o well I can't is here came and pick up ,I told her it wasn't my fault, she didn't even apologize she hang up the phone .Dear TORRID please educate your employees 🙏

All the staff were so helpful and kind, Mikayla was so amazing tho! I really appreciated her help and patience with me. The store is one of the nicest Torrids I have been to, with a huge selection of styles. Definitely coming back!

Always a wonderful experience- help is there if desired and they leave you alone as you wish. Very personable and are happy to help you be a happy Torrid customer!. I really can't say enough good things about the store and ALL the wonderfull personnel. I should be so lucky to have such great employees. Looking forward to next visit. This review was long overdue; bottom line- great store and great service!

The store associate was so rude to me today. I guess I must’ve interrupted her and her coworkers conversation. I very politely asked if a pair of jeans were made in a zero short her response “yea they probably do” then just stared at me. I said ok thank you. As I was closing the dressing room door she said I’ll check in a very condescending manner. I said thank you so much. When she came back with my jeans to try on the other coworker said “that was funny”. They both laughed. I asked if they had a skirt in a bigger size, same woman said no without checking and made the excuse that she just checked for another person. Needless to say I liked many things I tried on but refused to spend my money there so I left. When I returned home I looked up the skirt online and it said available in store so I called. The same girl who “helped me” answered i asked her to tell if an item was in stock and she indeed confirmed it was. I told her who I was and I had left 30 minutes prior she knew exactly who I was and really had no words or excuses. She is just rude and lazy for no reason at all. The saddest part is that this is the store they do lives from except attitudes online are not the same as in store. What a shame I truly wonder if this is why their stores are closing? Poor customer service should not be tolerated and I think stores closing is a reflection of that.

I have been a longtime torrid shopper and I am so completely disappointed in the management of this store, customer service and the company for not addressing a mistake they made. I went in a week ago to return some items from an online order and the sales associate who helped me told me that since I had returned items already from this order she would only be able to give store credit. Mind you, the items were unworn in their original condition and returned within the return window. I told the associate no, I wanted my money back and against my wishes, she proceeded with a store credit totaling $109. This is no small amount. The manager came over said she would need to speak to sales audit and that they were not there on Sundays but they would call me. They have not and I am unable to reach the store via their phone number as it does not go through, conveniently. I have also contacted customer service and they have not rectified this situation either telling me they are unable to since it’s a store issue. I have never heard of such a thing. This is unacceptable and so unbelievable and the company is not standing by their own return policy. I just want my money back. A mistake they made fall back on the customer.

Went for the first time here today and it was one of the best experiences I have had at a Torrid. Ingrid and Destiny were absolutely lovely and so helpful when I had a dilemma I needed to fix. I'm so pleased with the customer experience here, and the store was perfectly organized and clean as well. Can't wait to go back!
