This nail shop is very clean and organized, prices are not too high either.
Requested style: I asked for natural looking almond shaped nails and Sofia did exactly that. I will return. She is a very sweet and nice lady.

I have been doing my own nails for about 15 years. I do gel manicures, silk wrap, hard gel, acrylic, extensions, you name it! I came here to get a manicure on my birthday because I didn't have time to do it at home and it takes me a little bit longer to do it myself. I just got the absolute worst gel manicure of my life. The woman didn't even clean my hands before applying the polish. She also didn't trim my cuticles and when I asked her about it she said they charge extra to trim your cuticles. There was dust all over my nails under the polish and at the nail tips. The edges are so jagged they are snagging on my clothes. I asked her multiple times to please clean my nails to get rid of the dust and she refused. she also kept wiping my wet gel polish with her bare fingers getting oil all over them and then reapplying polish on top of that. Anyone who knows about gel polish application knows that oil will make your manicure last significantly less. I am so frustrated, because now I have to go home and spend an hour and a half fixing this god awful manicure. I want to cry because I asked several times please for like basic things that should've been done, and the woman looked at me like I was crazy. This is a nice place to go for a pedicure, but the attention to detail on manicures is terrible. I shouldn't have to give the nail technician a crash course on basic polish application. I know this review may sound harsh, but it's accurate.

I usually get good serivce here but today super fail...went for a orange ombre look and came out.disapponited...a new tech lisa DID NOT LISTEN TO WHAT I WANTED THRU WHOLE APPOINTMENT....VERY DISAPPOINYED...pictures show wht I wanted....was was done and what i walked out with.....

I LOVE TOP NAILS!!!! My best friend and I are NEVER going anywhere else! We got Gel X our first time and it lasted for four weeks! Everyone does amazing work. Special shoutout to Bryan and Mimi-- they pay so much attention detail and do perfect nail art on the fly. 10/10 recommend. We leave feeling like new girls every single time!!!

I have been here several times before without a problem but I am extremely disappointed in the work that was done for my 14 year old daughter that was so excited in getting her nails done with me today. Not one acknowledgement or offer to fix the terrible work they did on her even when I pointed out nicely that I wasn’t satisfied with the shape or work done. They simply kept laughing and speaking in their language. One by one of the workers kept checking on the terrible work that was being done and again not one person offering to fix it. Too bad I couldn’t get a picture to post since my daughter cut her nails off as soon as we got home. Will NEVER be coming back here again.
