This shop is located in the Paseo shops which is a dead mall Parking is below the mall. The shop is on the first floor across from H and M. The selection is excellent and of course this is a top brand. Sign up to be on the mailing list for notifications of sales and discounts. The staff could not have been more helpful It was a great shopping experience

I'm a frequent customer of this store, but my latest interaction was worth posting about. I brought my fiancee to the store for the first time (her first Tommy experience!) and a lovely associate, Kaylee, was eager to help. Kaylee had just suffered an acute loss of her voice from earlier in the day, but she managed to help both of us with what we were looking for, as well as joke and communicate the best way she could. Other associates could've easily pawned us off to someone else, but she stepped up-- and made it a great experience for us. Whether the store has what you're looking for or not, it's worth checking in and seeing what's new and what can be shipped to your home (free S/H!).

This is a wonderful store. The layout is open and comfortable, the merchandise is high quality, and the staff is well-trained as well as attentive. Associates do a great job checking sizes and styles and will place part of an order online in the event of an out of stock.The Tommy Bahama brand continues to gain luster because of stores like Pasadena, where old-fashioned manners and polite suggestions without pushy sales tactics are the norm. Their gift card promotions are also a great reason to visit and shop for yourself or gifts, plus the MLB licensed apparel is unique and extraordinary.

Great bar and all menu items are tasty!Except the PASTA DISHES are Terrible!!The PASTA at Olive Garden is much better at half the price. It takes very little effort to fix this! Thank You!

Michael is always fun to work with, professional and patient. He has great suggestions and always gives honest feedback. The ideas he has for my husband are always spot on. The whole staff is attentive, courteous and enjoyable. I'm so glad this store made it through Covid.
