I would like to acknowledge the absolutely outstanding customer service from Serine at the front desk. I was looking for a dress I really wanted in a diff size and I thought she would tell me that whatever is on the rack is all they have. But she went out of her way and even called the La Canada store for me. She went 150% and I can't begin to say how appreciative and impressed I was. You don't get customer service like this anymore because usually employees don't want to take the time. THANK YOU TJ MAXX AND THANK YOU SERINE!!! I will always be loyal to this TJ Maxx...

Poor service , ladies in the front dont know how to manage CUSTOMER service and are super rude and lazy. Especially the one with blonde crunchy hair. Also always on there personal phones before attending the customer. Jazmine is believe was my cashier and was extremely rude pushing a cc on me , supposedly shes the supervisor, SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!
