“My review is mixed hence the 4 stars. Took my car to Chuy's after discovering my rim was cracked. Charge seemed fair so I left my tire after the spare was placed. 3 months later, tire still same problem, sent out again. Fast-forward to today, same problem. Offer: repair again or refund money. The 4stars is for the refund bcuz I was surprised I was offered this option.”

“I replied to your feedback request & gave your serviceman 5 stars, but you replied to my feedback informing me that it was not complete so let me give you a further account of my experience:My washer has been in disrepair since Oct. 26, 2023. There were numerous calls made to you. Your telephone operators have been empathetic, and your repairmen did their best to accommodate me; however, their hands are tied because your business office sucks!!! You have caused me much anguish. Now that my washer is in working condition after nearly 5 months of disrepair, and I AM thankful, I would like to let you know your system needs much improvement. In this busy world that we live in, taking 5 months to resolve a problem is unacceptable!”

“Have had a variety of work done here; would say they excel for simpler jobs like tire patching and brake jobs. Two big pros are their hours, especially on the weekends (8 am - 6 pm Mon-Fri, 8 am - 7 pm Sat, 9 am - 2 pm Sun), and their very reasonable prices for services. However, for major engine work they took a long time to finish the job (though could have been due to parts availability), and I had to go back a few times to correct issues that arose from engine parts being disassembled and reassembled but breaking. However, I did get a very good price on the work, and they were responsive and helpful.”

“Replaced all four tires at this location -- pretty good experience. Was able to get everything done in about 45 minutes at almost-closing time. There was quite a line, and I waited about half an hour to speak to someone. That being said, the job was done pretty efficiently. At my request, they helped me bag my old tires and put them in the trunk.”

“In rainy rush hour, I realized I need pumping tire air. I happened to pass Pep Boys on Colorado Blvd. I pulled car in and was greeted by one of service crew before I rolled down window. He directed me to service bay and checked my tire pressure and pumped all four tires in less than five minutes. Before I asked how much, he just said: no charge. This is great courtesy I haven't experienced for ages. I definitely will return to this Pep Boy next time I need service. Thanks again, Pep Boys!”

“I was in town for a reunion and woke up Friday morning at my hotel with a flat tire. I called Pasadena Tire Pros and talked to Henry who understood my difficulty, was very understanding and fit me into their busy schedule immediately. I brought the car over and Henry had the flat taken care of in less than 30 minutes. And the repair charge was very reasonable.
