“Ive been coming to Jim and Mike for a few years now since I first moved to LA! I came with some recurrent coolant issues, and they were transparent about the costs and the process. I’ve looked for second opinions too and ultimately settled with this shop. I value their honesty and commitment to helping their customers.
Up to today, I’ve had my brakes changed here, my suspension, and I always get my oil changed here now. If I need my tire plugged or fixed, they always help with that as well. I’m really happy with their services. I’ll always keep returning!”
“I had a car rental disaster where the 15 person van I’d rented had an engine failure, so I pulled into A & A to check on the rattling to see if it would be an easy fix. Luckily they were open on a Sunday morning. He gave it a quick inspection right away and told us the van wasn’t safe to drive. Saved us time and allowed us to change travel arrangements in time! Really grateful to this place”

“My review is mixed hence the 4 stars. Took my car to Chuy's after discovering my rim was cracked. Charge seemed fair so I left my tire after the spare was placed. 3 months later, tire still same problem, sent out again. Fast-forward to today, same problem. Offer: repair again or refund money. The 4stars is for the refund bcuz I was surprised I was offered this option.”
“No question this is by far the best mechanic shop to go to. I have never come across a shop that is so honest and willing to work with you. I have brought over 50 cars to them and I have never had an issue. Nick, Jose, Andrew and the rest of the guys are as good as it gets. “Replaced all four tires at this location -- pretty good experience. Was able to get everything done in about 45 minutes at almost-closing time. There was quite a line, and I waited about half an hour to speak to someone. That being said, the job was done pretty efficiently. At my request, they helped me bag my old tires and put them in the trunk.”
