What a fun little shop. Very old school. Lots of great classic watches at good prices. Owner is helpful and responsive. Got a great watch for a good price and had a number of watches to choose from

Very rude customer service. Called and asked how much to service an omega and could not give me estimate over phone. Wanted the watch to see and then he’ll give me a price! Ridiculous. After asking y he couldn’t give me a price for a routine service he told me why don’t you do it yourself! What an unprofessional joke!

Scratched my watch and charged a really high insane fee. There is a reason why this place has such a low rating. The owner is a scam artist. I'm surprised he hasn't been reported yet. Read all the negative reviews. 1) He will scratch your watch 2) Charge a really high insane price 3) Force you to pay and if not, will scratch your watch even more 4) Steal parts from your watch

Really liked the guy, but wasn't careful when working on my watch. Bent the seconds hand, scratched up the chapter ring, and trapped dust under the dial.Didn't want to leave a poor review but I really liked this watch, so to see it get roughed up was quite frustrating.Ralph, next time do the job right, don't take any shortcuts because people like me really care about their watches.

Brought in my automatic watch that wasn't charging up throughout the day. Owner was able to determine the problem and fix in a very short amount of time. He even took a look at my other watch and found out the issue for that at the same time! Very reasonable prices and unbeatable expertise. Will be bringing my higher end watches to get serviced soon.

I have a 100 year old Sessions school clock that no longer worked. I found out about Ralph and Tic Time and he rebuilt it. Even had to make a part to get it to work. It now keeps beautiful time. Craftsman like this are a dying breed.

A few years ago I witnessed Ralph rework a French grandfather clock either from the late 1700's or 1800's; it has worked beautifully ever since. Recently i entrusted Ralph with the complete rebuild of my family's grandfather clock made in PA in 1825. Ii now works perfectly; did not work at all before. Ralph is the ultimate master of clock repair, actually so much more than repair.... He has now become a friend, and this is my good fortune.
