Back pain has really slowed me down, and I finally made the move to really invest in my sleep and health. Jesse was very helpful and knowledgable regarding back pain, anatomy, and physical therapy etc. Was able to make a great recommendation! Grateful!

Went to originally purchase a mattress at avocado, and ended finding parking right in front of the store, didn't know existed! i am a previous tempur pedic owner had my mattress for about 8 yrs and was shopping for a new mattress to relieve my back and shoulder pain, stop in was greeted by Daena and was utmost impress with not only her professionalism but also her knowledge and her enthusiasm. I still went over to avocado and after a few minutes in the store i felt the customer service i received from tempur pedic was far best and if an investment over 4k on bed i felt my business belong to the place where i was acknowledge and felt care for. After returning i still felt the lux adapt 2.0 was the best fit and went on to purchase the bed. Not only did i go back because of the customer services but also because i am a tempur pedic owner and i swear by the great quality of the bed sadly my injuries do disrupt my sleep and i felt with the new upgrades and technology temper pedic has included in its mattress i hope to finally be able to get the sleep i deserve! I high recommend stopping in! and trying the beds out! especially if you are a health care professional our long hours and morning/night shift can take a toll on us but if you go lay on the bed its like a cloud and they encourage you to nap on them too!

Such a lovely store with kind staff. Jesse was very helpful and patient as I navigated the decision making process. He let me take a break and think about my purchase and re-engaged when I came back the next day. He explained the pricing and the financing options. I appreciated him revisiting the same topics until I was clear about my decision. I was also very impressed by his professionalism while navigating my in-person questions and the numerous, harrassing phone calls from an irate customer at the same time. He was the only person working in the store and remained very skillful and calm. It was not an easy situation to maneuver. I can't wait to try out my new bed! Thank you Jesse!

I have had a really bad experience with their staff. I had initially placed an order for a couple of pillows. Josh said they are going to be delivered in a week. Fastforward it’s been two weeks. I called them they created a ticket. I call them they say they will call back they never do. I called them the first time they said Josh is going to call me. News Flash he didn’t, I asked they had the same pillows in stock Josh made up a lie that there is a newer version of the pillow with double sided cooling for their Breeze Pro Lo pillow. They made me wait more even tho they had them in stock. Now I called in again today was told by Josh he will call me back in the evening. I call in the evening I talked to Jessie he said he will call me back and Josh was in a meeting . He didn’t, I called them back again 3 times they picked up my call on the third time. Jessie tried to make a new lie saying the pillows I got was the older version with the two sided cooling caught him in the lie. He said Tempur-Pedic website and the store is not the same with their products also a lie. He then just hangs up the call flustered saying he has another customer to help. The employees don’t know the products they are selling and what’s going on. I call him twice to ask him why did he rudely disconnect the call. He made something about ups and Tempur-Pedic are big companies and it’s not his fault. I could have very well bought those pillows in store but I was pushed into buying them over the phone.
