Terrible, unhelpful staff. You ask an employee to unlock some merchandise for you to purchase and they respond as if you're asking them to move mountains. I've typically had decent experiences with the employees here in the past, but recently it's just absurd the way these people act while clocked in at their place of employment. Should I start groveling at their feet and apologizing to them because they hate their job? I've worked in the customer service field for years and have never acted the way these people act. Is this place deliberately seeking out miserable people to employ? This is so sad.

Everything is locked up and there aren't enough employees to unlock them so you just stand there awkwardly ringing the button for 20 minutes then go home and order it on Amazon. If target ever goes under this store will be the example as of why.

Jose at the returns/exchange department helped me out with my cat&jack baby clothes that no longer fit my toddler. As long as you have your receipt or used your target account for you purchases they are able to process your return. The transaction was smooth, efficient and straightforward. Please have this guy train others he was very nice :) and explained which return was going to where (I paid with a gift card for some stuff, red card on others and a debt on one item) this complicated-ish return went smooth with Jose's excellent communication skills and patience. Thank you!

yeah, this is a terrible target. weird, rude employees; security guards staring at people as if they're in a prison; dogs in the store; it smells bad. multiple issues, who is in charge? it feels like a place where everybody knows that they won't be held accountable so they just act however they want. they really really really need to get their ish together at this location. make better hiring decisions. you're better off traveling to la canada/flintridge

I've never had experience like this. I asked them to bring out a TV to buy and they ended up bringing out the wrong one, and I had to get a refund for the first tv before I bought the right one. I was also the only one who noticed this. The vibes at this target were completely f**ked

Came in today to get a few things with my daughter. They didn't have what I needed for the most part. I had some questions about something that was locked up, and the people said they would get someone and come back (they never did). The service is seriously slacking here. THey have a huge selection of things, but its all overpriced.

Not enough registers available at most time while shopping. Not enough self checkout stations available for the number of people shopping. There is usually shoppers lined up althroughout the store waiting to check out. Upstairs is usually just one available register and self checkout station available

I hope this message this location manager can readI was there few days ago to purchase and I was in the one of the girl check out but I didn’t get her nameI thought Target have dresses code I se every one has red shirt or t-shirt on but when I saw her I feel like I’m at Sexy Lingerie store not at target ( I took pictures please see it yourself)Hope she knows she’s working at Target

THE worst target pick up experience!!! Going on 5 hours and only ordered 5 items!!! I spent 30 mins on the phone to check on status and they hung up on me, guest services had no ringing, and NONE of the departments would pick up!!!!!!!! At least send an update email saying you're experiencing delays!!!!

Not a fan of this target. Although it has a large garage and multiple entrances, street parking for 1 hr, I felt like finding customer service or bathroom requires a lot of walking and asking. This is a big place, has a nice sized clearance section that is surprisingly organized! Not sure why there are huge elevators right next to the escalators but great for buying really big things or handicapped. Several books that are on the hit list were 30% off, great price.

Just want to give a big shout out to Emily at the target starbies this am. She really gave the type of friendly and attentive service that makes you wanna come back. Dare I say that she prepped our order with love? The other worker who prepped our drink gave a bit extra too. Awesome.

I have been a patron of this target for more than ten years, and a lot has changed during that time. Perhaps it is the aftermath of the pandemic, but I have noticed a staffing shortage, delay in response time with order pickup/drive-up and that many things are out of stock - as in, there has never been a time when I place an order when an item is listed as available but I am then emailed stating that one or more items are out of stock. I have also experienced on more than one occasion, my pickup items being damaged (salmon liquid spilling onto other items, or the same with milk). I can understand how we got here (self checkout, less staff, etc) - just wondering if anything is being done to address this? Customer satisfaction survey/feedback being reviewed? I want to love this Target!

First of all none of the employees wore name badges. I did not know who was a Target employee or not . None of the cashiers had a name tag . It seems that all employees want to be cool and not wear a name badge . They all look like they haven't comb their hair or showered. Fuchie ! The service was subpar , as if I was bothering the employees if I asked for anything. The bathrooms were dirty and the parking structure was full of trash . The floors look like they haven't been mopped in weeks . Yuk! How unfortunate that Target has lowered their customer service and overall cleanliness. Also the price check scanner in the toy department was not working

The store is fine, generally however shopping here is unbearable since they put all home essentials behind security glass. If you're shopping for toothpaste, detergent, shampoo, etc. you have to call an associate over for each product. It turned what was once a 20 minute trip into a 60 minute ordeal as you have to wait for the associates to help others out, too, obviously. Go somewhere else.
