I rarely go in this Target due to shelves being low on inventory, items and areas always moving, and lack of help. This morning I went in for watch batteries and the area they keep the batteries was gutted.This company spent money to reorganize and supposedly fix up this location. If you are low on inventory, lack help, long lines, etc., you are eventually going to go out of business.

I can hear management being DISRESPECTFUL to the employees over the radio,this is disgusting and unprofessional to hear.This needs to stop immediately; I should be able to shop comfortably. This ruined my shopping experience when it's a time of being thankful for our blessings.

I don't live here, I was just passing by this area and needed to grab an item. Pros: The store was clean and organized. The music playing was multicultural.Cons: There were VERY long lines at each of the three, YES ONLY 3 cashiers that were open. Soooo many people waiting. Before you snap back and suggest that I use the self check out (which I did use) I must add that that there was only three, YES ONLY 3, out of the 6 self checkout machines functioning AND the line for the self checkout was over 15 people. For such a large store this is a negative look. I know we are all so used to getting everything fast, instant gratification, but this was not even reasonable wait time.Why aren't more cashiers available if you see such long lines at both the self checkout and the cashiers. Managers or supervisors need to take notes and make some changes, hire more employees.

I can't say enough good things about the Electronics staff that helped me break free from AT&T. I was the Family Guinea pig to switch to a lower priced carrier ... and was in the limbo stage without any carrier ... so I went to Target to ask them to assist me with the "rest" of the carrier activation. Honestly - I wasn't initially confident that any store would be able to assist ... let alone an electronics kiosk at a big box store ... but I was so wrong. They were EXTREMELY knowledgeable and were super familiar with the activation process for my chosen carrier ... and even had a direct line to the Carrier's tech support for back end processes that needed to be done on the Carrier's side ... which I had NO idea about!! Super service and really sweet knowledgeable people. Bravo Target!

Yo, Target....why'd you go and move everything? Were you bored? I've been coming here since you guys were Fedco, and I knew we're everything was at. And suddenly, I go in there to the usual spot where you sell socks, and now there's baby diapers there! Then I go looking for a portable heater where it's supposed to be, and now it's containers! All else aside, directional signage here is lacking for sure. When you walk in, you should have some sort of directory or something similar to point you in the right direction, or at least the general vicinity. Also, are your aisles labeled by alphabet or numbers? I don't get it! I asked an associate where the heaters were, and he pointed to aisle S. Where the heck is that? Why mess with something that isn't broken?

Might be the best Target in LA...free parking, and this target is huge inside. Has lot of target exclusives here, starbucks is still closed due to the remodel, but hopefully it opens soon. its a bit far out from LA, but this is the best target in SoCal.

I usually come to this target after work as they usually have most of the items I need in stock, sometimes I order from them and things are done pretty quickly. I used to work in fulfillment at a different target location, and I know how stressful of a position it is, however we had a deadline no matter what time of year it was for orders, especially curbside orders. I waited 9 hours for my order to never be picked, and I called the store 10 times and no one answered. I tried all departments as well after choosing guest services 4 times, and not a single person answered the phone. It would ring for about 3 minutes and then disconnect. Probably won't be ordering here again unfortunately, I had a pretty busy day and couldn't spend much time grocery shopping but now I'll have to get everything somewhere else. :(

Noel I'm customer service is so exceptional! We had an issue with our offers not working in our app and he easily took care of it. I had to go through several folks before I got to him and he made it like it was such a simple problem. Bravo Noel you are so awesome and deserves a promotion!

Over 50 people in line for "customer service" mostly filled with returns. I placed an order online for pick up and I had to wait in the same line. Ridiculous- what's the point? I could have rebought the item myself faster

Unfortunately , was not able to acquire the name of the wonderful lady who assisted us in obtaining our walk in pick up of an online purchase. . We were there around 7:30 pm, and grateful that she was able to assist almost immediately. She had a wonderful demeanor, pleasant, helpful, and she also had a small line awaiting after she finished assisting our pick up. Not enough can be said about these young employees who show up to work with a wonderful helpful cheerful attitude. Thank you young lady.

This review is strictly for the pickup service. Target offers same day pickup within 2 hours if your order through the app. The problem with this is that this particular Target almost never fulfills my orders within that 2 hour timeframe. It doesn't matter how large or small my order is, they can never seem to fulfill it in a timely manner. There have been times where it's legit taken them a full 24 hours. Why offer and falsely advertise a 2 hour timeframe when you know you can't make it happen? Yesterday I placed an order at 2:00pm for only four items - three of which were canned goods and the last being a can opener. At 8:30pm my order still wasn't ready so I ended up canceling it and going to shop for the items. I wouldn't recommend using the pick up service here. There are other Target stores in the area that do a way better job fulfilling orders within the 2 hour window.

This is specifically for their pick up/ drive up option. I thought my fiancé may have ordered his stuff incorrectly to pick up items.. he kept saying "are you sure it's two hours?" Same answer with "yes" we'll two hours came and went next thing you know it's the morning. Still nothing on being able to pick up an order so we decide to just go to target. As we're browsing around he get the notification his order was ready... mind you this was almost 8 hours later! Second time I'm home w/the kids who are sick and don't want to drag them into a store because spreading sickies is no fun and miserable for them. I ordered stuff I needed for them at 2:57 pm and it is now the next day! I understand they went through a remodel but this is a but ridiculous!! This option is given but if target is not going to have common courtesy to give a phone call order will be damn near an Amazon order at this point w/the wait period this store should just be x the option.

Worst costumer service- don't do pickup. Yesterday water 7 hours and my order was never filled. Tried again today, place my order at 9 am it's 5:35 pm order still not completed. Don't offer 2 hour service if you can't deliver! Management has the option to select wait time.
