Joan helped me choose the perfect white marble for my kitchen counters. The installer she recommended did a wonderful job. Her store is so welcoming and she has nice and thoughtful employees. Ricardo is aware of all the ins and outs if Joan is out in an errand. I highly recommend!

I looked six months for tile and the assistance I received at Tap N Tile was fabulous. It's a small but mighty business. I have a craftsman style home and I wanted something simple but elegant. We think we nailed it! They were patient; helped me pick tiles, let me take samples for weeks and made helpful suggestions so that I could complete the project. I'm very grateful for their help! Ricardo was such a great help, and tile is so beautiful. They have items that are very reasonay priced to things that are justifiably expensive but beautiful.They don't try to upsell you here. Buyer beware. Ricardo miscalculated the amount of tile we needed and will not take back the remaining amount so we have to “eat” the cost. I was never informed about a 30 day return policy, nor does the invoice state it. He told me they cannot take it back like larger companies. Think thrice before purchasing here.

I hired this company to install marble counter tops in my kitchen last Spring. I've had a problem with one of the sections of counter top, where the fabricator cut the marble, is a 7 inch crack that is growing larger and larger each month. I contacted this company to inquire about what we needed to do, and finally after a week they responded. Then they said they would get back to me, and that was over a month ago, about 6 weeks ago actually. It's too bad that they don't feel it's important to follow up with their customers for post installation issues. We paid over 4k for our counter tops! I would not recommend this company to anyone if you expect any kind of follow through or customer service.
