I placed an order online and selected the option of picking up my order from this store. I kept waiting till I found out that the store canceled my order without notifying me and customer service.

This is my favorite Talbots location. It's much bigger than other locations, and has super-easy parking. As with other Talbots, it's well-staffed by knowledgeable and helpful salespeople. Talbots has great, classic clothes, and I'm grateful that they have petite sizes.

I will never shop here again. Deceitful practices in trying to obtain your data. I was told it was California law that I had to provide my phone number and ID to process a return when I had my receipt. I have a receipt! Damn all these other stories in California must be breaking the law(sarcasm). Did I do it? Yes because I don't have the energy to be arguing stupid and be accused of being a Karen.

I got a gift card to come here and when I showed up everyone was super nice. They wrote my name on the door when I was trying on stuff, they also brought be different sizes to my room. They signed my up for their reward program and i got 10% off my purchase. Super nice would come back here for sure.

This is a great store - I've been shopping here for many (many!) years and the experience has always been good. But yesterday, I met the Sales Manager - Olga. She is AMAZING. I had an issue with a gift card and their corporate department (to be clear - my issue was not with this store at all but something from another store). I explained the problem to Olga - she took it on and spent nearly an hour on the phone helping resolve the issue. An incredible demonstration of customer service - she handled it as if she was working on her own behalf. Effective, efficient and so pleasant too. THANK YOU OLGA.

horrible experience at the Talbots. The person at the desk yelled at me because I did not have a receipt for a return. she refused any other form of return or exchange.

Customer service and the people who work in physical stores is key to a good in-store experience. I've had nothing but helpful and friendly service at this location whether looking for something specific or returning items and I just want to give thanks!
